No Phat customers..be safe.

You talking about Operation Cyber Juice? Albeit it's concerning, it's small potatoes compared to ORD and the like. Looks like they were just trying to take down some of the big fish at eroids/reduce the supply by creating fear among suppliers.

Could be wrong, but I hope not. Either way security needs to be #1 now more than ever...

Yeah you are wrong man. These operations are getting bigger and bigger not smaller. Mainly they are trying to cut off China and raws. But because Chinese would never ever extradite a Chinese national the world police going after net suppliers/dealers/users. This is a global operation.

Ill take your word for it. Thats exactly what this is, global, and the info is out there, just have to piece the puzzle together.

This is way bigger than average gym rat, "weekend warrior", supplier, brewers. This is about getting China, which would never ever cooperate or turnover raw manufacturers. Far too much black market money to flip China. Just read the presser, Switzerland is involved, Switzerland! Aka banking etc. Also the other element is the ugl market worldwide and all its players, just another way to get at China without getting at them directly. Finally big pharma which is always a given.

I think you are both right.

As far as @Mike Oxbig calling Operation Cyber Juice small potatoes compared to Operation Raw Deal, that's absolutely true in terms of the short-term impact it had on the domestic UGL market.

ORD shut down 3x as many AAS UGLs in a SINGLE WEEK in September 2007 than Operation Cyber Juice shut down in the entire previous YEAR in 2014-2015. OCJ doesn't even come close to ORD by comparison.

OTOH, @korat is correct in pointing out that the international cooperation under the direction of the US DEA is unprecedented in the war on steroids. The announcement of ongoing cooperation with several LE agencies in multiple countries, in addition to the troubling partnership with morality-in-sports guardian WADA/USADA, very likely means that more resources are being earmarked for the war on steroids/doping than ever before. This could mean more and more arrests.

The DEA/Europol has essentially outline their end game is to put a stop to the flow of steroid powder and PEDs from China. It will be interesting to see how much progress they will make on this front.

Even if they succeed, we all know the war on drugs is a failed strategy. If there ever comes a time when there is no more powder from China, then they risk/rewards will rise so that some other country/company/organization will pick up the slack. India? Mexican cartels? The black market will evolve accordingly.

We all know how the story ends...

AAS will always be available to users who want them, have the resources and tolerance for risk.

I've discovered that Nophat and a guy on MuscleChemistry named beeflover is the same person..... At least by their avatars. More research to come.

Here's a pic of beeflover's avatar on MC.

Same guy.

Looks like Nophat (aka beeflover) was in with a guy on MC named powderguy. I received a pm from a member on MC yesterday that explained how he was shafted by powderguy and his "hook up for raws".

Beeflover is friends with 2 people on MC, with powderguy being one of them. So putting it all together, it appears that all this is related to Nophat.

Here is a copy of the PM that I received.

And what's worse is we know MD's remailer was caught by the 5-0 on a "routine" traffic stop with packages ready for shipment. Caught with his damn pants down. Every time I see some fucking noob insist MD is a legit place to obtain illegal substances I get so pissed. What the hell do you think happened or likely to have happened when they caught the remailer? You think he/she just went down and didn't say a word? Unlikely. Let's be smart folks

It's hard to see from my phone so I went to see what u were talkin about on my lap top, and just threw up in my mouth. Not something you want to see when you just waking up
@boston597, oh you guys are on a role huh? LMAO....don't hate 'on the sexiness'!

This gets deeper and deeper as we find out more
I agree! Let's see what becomes of this scenario.

@rutman, great research.

I don't believe the MD comments the guy made tie into this secerio with Nophat. The guy had asked my opinion of MD a while back and he was just refreshing my memory.

I did pm the guy so maybe he'll chime in later in the issue. I'm not sure he's even a member here.

If I were in the business of obtaining AAS online, there's not a chance I would use a clown like nophat and I hope anyone who did took appropriate measures to ensure their own security. The guy was a disaster waiting to happen. Same with manwhore.
Or someone like DavidSlaton ;)

@Millard Baker looking at the presser sure seems by including the EU and countries with major banking centers they are going after Chinese where it hurts the most $. Obviously they are going after product from top to bottom and bottom to top. The fact they mention "weekend warrior" has big implications as to their mindset. It's a very coded word imo. Definitely more busts to come but slow and steady which seems like a different approach as it seems to be more stealthy. People still don't really seem to have their guard up because its not like raw deal in that sense. As far as the mex cartels they had to have green lit gear grinder so I don't see them ever coming back to those glory years. Look to India and other countries to pick up the supply. Can't stop the demand, genie is out of the box.

I don't think many Chinese chemical companies have assets in major EU banking centers. They learned their lesson from Operation Raw Deal when the US seized stole millions of dollars from Jintropin that was physically located in China - they were "legally" able to do this because the Chinese bank had a branch in NYC. Chinese chemical companies are going to avoid placing funds in an EU/US bank or even a Chinese bank with EU/US branches. They know their money is not safe there. Not even in Switzerland.

After reviewing some details of Operation Raw Deal, I'll probably retract my previous statement that Operation Cyber Juice's international cooperation under the direction of the DEA was unprecedented. It has nothing on ORD.

Operation Raw Deal was also an international operation in which the DEA partnered and coordinated with several countries including e.g. Canada (Operation Powder Keg), Australia (Operation Kasha), Belgium, China, Denmark, Germany, Sweden and Thailand.

The DEA also explicitly threatened to to go after end users and customers of UGLs. Operation Cyber Juice may have hinted at the "weekend warriors" but in Raw Deal, the feds were crystal clear saying ominous things like:

The DEA "will be identifying all the end users".

"We can find you..."

We have your name in "our database".

"We have the ability to identify individual customers.."

The DEA warned that this "should send chills down the spines" of individual steroid users.

We will be identifying all the end users,” John Gilbride, a special agent for the Drug Enforcement Administration in New York, said at a news conference today at the administration’s offices in downtown Manhattan. “We do have the lists of a lot of individuals and will be going through them. They may not all be prosecuted, but we will be identifying them.”

Rusty Payne, a spokesman for the Drug Enforcement Administration in Washington said: “If we come across names, are we going to provide them to the leagues? That is going to be the decision of the Department of Justice and the United States attorney’s offices that have those aspects of the case.”

Although the government has not gone through the trove of information connecting users to the steroid ring, Payne said: We have the ability to identify individual customers, and that should send chills down the spines of athletes and high school and college students who were buying from these manufacturers. We can find you, based on our database.”

Like OCJ, ORD targeted Chinese chemical companies too. The feds identified at least 37 Chinese chemical companies and claimed they had the Chinese government's cooperation in putting a stop to the flow of steroid powder:

Officials said the investigation, named Operation Raw Deal, started with more than 30 Chinese companies, which were shipping raw materials needed to make steroids and human growth hormone to manufacturers and labs in the United States and nine other countries.

[...]

Payne said Chinese authorities were cooperating with the investigation.

“Rather than publicly name and indict these companies in China,” he said, “we thought it would be more effective to work with Chinese law enforcement partners and provide them with information so they could go after the companies, which includes as many as 37, that were shipping raw materials. “They have agreed to move forward with their investigation in China.

“There are a lot of sensitive things that go into dealing with a nation like China. We are pleased so far they have done everything we have asked them to, they have agreed to accept the reports and move forward and that is unprecedented.”

Oh yeah, and WADA and USADA were closely involved too!

Payne said the World Anti-Doping Agency and the United States Anti-Doping Agency had been partners in the investigation, which has spanned 18-months.

At the news conference in New York, David Howman, the director general of the World Anti-Doping Agency, which oversees testing for the Olympics, said he was optimistic that athletes connected to the investigation could be disciplined before the next summer’s Summer Olympics.

“This operation is probably closer to how information was shared in Balco case,” Howman said, referring to the investigation of the Bay Area Laboratory Co-Operative in Burlingame, Calif., which provided Olympic and professional athletes with performance-enhancing drugs. “In Balco, the athletes were sanctioned before the Olympics based on information passed from along from the authorities to the sports so the athletes could not participate in Athens. We are confident that we have a similar relationship to that here and that if there is evidence that it will be given to the authorities before Beijing.”
