Not seeing results

cycle is test with a dbol kickstart for first four week.
First four weeks, 20mg dbol ED and 500mg test e
Now I’m running just test E at 1 gram a week.
I saw amazing strength gains in the first four weeks but now that I stopped the dbol I feel like I’ve actually gotten smaller.
I had bloodwork done on week 4 and it showed my test levels were spiked so idk what the deal is.
I’m on week 7 of my cycle and I feel like I’ve got ten smaller since stopping the dbol. I’m not seeing much in the way of progress anymore.

You probably did get smaller after you stopped talking the dbol.. dbol is known for water gain.
Takes time to grow.. it's not always a upward trajectory. You habe plateus and dips.
You take the test how ever many times yoi prefer during the week.. thats it. Adjust food/training/rest.. thats what ive had success with. Its not a miracle drug.
 
I would have ran the dbol my last few weeks of the cycle instead of a kick start.

Is this ur first cycle ? 1 gram of test should be doing you wonders if ur diet and training is on point.
I’ve upped my protein to about 150g a day.
Calories are constant around 2500.

I’m worried my volume in the gym might be too high and it’s keeping me from growing.

I only just started 1 gram of test E this week

Check your diet.. 7 weeks in is not alot and you will plateu about 2/3rds in.. which is when we add food or increase volume/frequency. Or if you habe expe8add an oral .. to finish cycle strong.. or vlat through a plateu..

How much do u weigh?
For me 150g p would be bare minimum and I can probably cut on 2500 cal without even adding extra cardio and I'm like 230ish

Eat 3500, why did u even cut dbol out? Side effects? Money? U could just run it all the way thru. Also why would u even run test at a gram, it aromatizes too much and if u combine it with dbol ul be a water buffaloo. U dont need an ai, pick a natural ai compound Like mast primo or eq and run that. Ur bulking so it will be most likely eq or primo ( it will be eq )

Exactly it's all wrong here.. and I'm struggling with hand feeding ..
You can't build a house with out building martial. Food=building material.

Whats ur training Like?
So my training for the first four weeks was Arnold shortcut to mass.
Currently I’m doing Arnold shortcut to shred to try and mix things up.

Find 1 program and stick to it. Or it will be to hard to gauge progress.

So of course the old stuff works but is a little dated. Theres alot of good more up to date programs out there.

I forgot what Arnold split was back and chest same day? That's a no go for me personally, 2 big muscle groups on the same day.

I'm gonna suggest this and then let this be.

This is clearly your first go. All good. You should have studied better but here we are. Meso will help you.

Option 1, stop taking peds. Mini pct. Go back to drawing board and plan your complete cycle out from top to bottom ,beginning to end. Diet, training and drugs. Get a solid plan and then execute.

Option 2 , drop dose to 500mg. Add 2 more meals a day asap 300-600 cals each.
Now sit down and make up a diet plan. There's websites and apps to help find macros you need. Atleast 200grams protein a day and without more specifics I don't really know where.your carbs should be. Let's say a 40/40/20 split. 3500 cals.. 40% protein 40% carbs 20% fats.. I'm not an expert here at all.. I get.my diets from a few close friends who have alot more experience.
I'd focus on 3200-3500cals and 200grams of protein.
Then find a training.split you like that is workable. Push pull legs is easy and works great for beginners to intermediate..
Do these things consistently and watch the magic work over time. If you stop adding scale weight.. then I increase 200-500 cals daily.
Hopefully you have adez or aromasin on hand incase you get high e2 sides.. I personally like e2 a tad high, works well for me. You may not tolerate estrogen well.. your about to find out very soon.. 7 -10 weeks is about when alot of people will feel/see e2 sides.

This is just my recommendations from my experiences and personal preferences.
