At 220 6’1” I’m starting my bulk at 4,000 calories and that’s all clean foods + 1/3 serving of a mass gain protein shake for additional carbs (helps with carb bloat). I have to watch out to not go over that tbh so that’s nice knowing I’ll have to raise calorie intake with the additional ~30lbs I should gain. 40%protein 40%carbs 20%fat.
