This is clearly your first go. All good. You should have studied better but here we are. Meso will help you.

Option 1, stop taking peds. Mini pct. Go back to drawing board and plan your complete cycle out from top to bottom ,beginning to end. Diet, training and drugs. Get a solid plan and then execute.

Option 2 , drop dose to 500mg. Add 2 more meals a day asap 300-600 cals each.
Now sit down and make up a diet plan. There's websites and apps to help find macros you need. Atleast 200grams protein a day and without more specifics I don't really know where.your carbs should be. Let's say a 40/40/20 split. 3500 cals.. 40% protein 40% carbs 20% fats.. I'm not an expert here at all.. I get.my diets from a few close friends who have alot more experience.
I'd focus on 3200-3500cals and 200grams of protein.
Then find a training.split you like that is workable. Push pull legs is easy and works great for beginners to intermediate..
Do these things consistently and watch the magic work over time. If you stop adding scale weight.. then I increase 200-500 cals daily.
Hopefully you have adez or aromasin on hand incase you get high e2 sides.. I personally like e2 a tad high, works well for me. You may not tolerate estrogen well.. your about to find out very soon.. 7 -10 weeks is about when alot of people will feel/see e2 sides.

This is just my recommendations from my experiences and personal preferences.

I’ve upped my protein to about 150g a day.
Calories are constant around 2500.

I’m worried my volume in the gym might be too high and it’s keeping me from growing.

I only just started 1 gram of test E this week
What's your age, height, weight?

If you are only getting in that much food, you must be very small, in which case wtf are you doing banging a gram of test.

Just take step 1 he doesnt know wtf hes doing cut it all train 2-3 more years of natural training and realize ur a 200 pound man working out an hour a day BULKING on 2500 calories..

A plane needs more fuel than a truck and a truck more than a car, the bigger the mass the more energy is required for motion, ur expending energy while working out, tryna be in a surplus, weighing 100kgs and injecting 10grams of test means u now weigh 100.01 kgs, androgens dont break laws of physics, they can help u retain more of the food u eat but thats it. Ur minds in the wrong place androgens wont solve it, proper eating ( at least 3500 calories ) and training will.

Also if i do 50 push ups everyday im not gona have a massive chest in 20 years cause i did 50x365x20 push ups, muscle gain is an adaptation to stress muscles are energy stores focus on progressive overload.

What carbs, what sources? Gluten? No gluten? High glycemic carbs? Any food intolerances? Alergies? Genetic background? Gut microbiome, digestive enzymes? Carbs are also supposed to spike blood sugar literally by fucking definition which isnt even bad. It causes insulin production by pancreas and an increased igf-1.

Seems so but if he puts his head down and studies he has a chance to make this cycle awesome.. I hate for someone to possibly shut down with no results.. I studied my ass of for a few years before my first injection. Not saying that is nessacary but we need to have as much knowledge as possible to make gains on gear.

I'm not and expert on diet, are you a diabetic? If not then I'm pretty sure we all have spiked blood sugar right after carbs.. takes a little bit for body to adjust.
I don't see how you can be doing that.many sets and growing a gut and only 2500 cals.
Something g here is way off. What you're doing clearly is not working. I gave you my best advice already. 2 options. I'm sure many here will agree with my 2 options. It's the most basic foundations of a cycle and you don't have them.
Your trying to build a house with no foundation and no materials to build with. Not going to work no matter how much peds you take.

Its insane to me ppl come to a forum like mesorx and ask literally the most basic questions u could read on reddit, yt or anywhere, like tryna skip from lvl 1 to 100 not realizing u dont even know what lvl 1 is about. These forums exist for decades ppl still havent even figured out the first cycle. Thats why u can advance so much irl cause most ppl r morons. I doubt it but are there ANY forums or places online ppl know what theyre talking about? Like promuscle, but better? Best advices ive seen were literally from random ig/yt comments of buff guys.

1g of test though? Jesus man. You're not at that level yet. You should be able to make more than enough gains on even 1/2 or 1/4th that dosage,
 
If you're not going to stop the cycle bump the calories up to 3500 and everytime the scale stops going up on a weekly basis add 200 calories. And just train every set you do to failure, no way you'll be doing 40 sets a week when you're training to failure.
At this point you're not going to learn how to train and eat properly on the fly so at least if you do this you'll make progress and add muscle

Option 2 stop the cycle and learn how to train and eat. Then start with a 500 test cycle and save the orals for the end if you want to use them.

Sounds like you needed to train harder if your gut was growing faster than your muscles on 1g of test lol

Btw your test is just getting saturated at the wk 7 mark

common man 90kg no idea on BF% or height or age. 2500 calories. 1gram of test and can't grow? you think 2500 calories is a surplus?

all the gear and no idea everyone are experts at injections and drug protocols.

EAT like you wanna be 100KG not a 90kg man dont worry about the fluff. Once the cycle is over you will be like everyone else in your gym shrivel back to 90kg and blame bunk gear.

Everything your asking is literal day one shit. You stopped dbol, water weight does down. You went from 500mg test to 1g test just this week, wont even get that extra 500mg test to saturate til minimum 6 weeks.

Everything your doing is th dumbest shit.

Just drop down back to 500mg, learn to fuking eat and actually train. Come back in 20wks.


Back when I was young I used to watch alot of Jay cutler, back then I was 160 6ft and couldnt gain weight until i started watching his eat big to get big, now many many years later im 241 and gaining weight comes like nothing.
