This is clearly your first go. All good. You should have studied better but here we are. Meso will help you.
Option 1, stop taking peds. Mini pct. Go back to drawing board and plan your complete cycle out from top to bottom ,beginning to end. Diet, training and drugs. Get a solid plan and then execute.
Option 2 , drop dose to 500mg. Add 2 more meals a day asap 300-600 cals each.
Now sit down and make up a diet plan. There's websites and apps to help find macros you need. Atleast 200grams protein a day and without more specifics I don't really know where.your carbs should be. Let's say a 40/40/20 split. 3500 cals.. 40% protein 40% carbs 20% fats.. I'm not an expert here at all.. I get.my diets from a few close friends who have alot more experience.
I'd focus on 3200-3500cals and 200grams of protein.
Then find a training.split you like that is workable. Push pull legs is easy and works great for beginners to intermediate..
Do these things consistently and watch the magic work over time. If you stop adding scale weight.. then I increase 200-500 cals daily.
Hopefully you have adez or aromasin on hand incase you get high e2 sides.. I personally like e2 a tad high, works well for me. You may not tolerate estrogen well.. your about to find out very soon.. 7 -10 weeks is about when alot of people will feel/see e2 sides.
