Odie's First Log

If it comes to them selling it or me taking it over then yes it's made up. I really didn't want to retire and move up there till my mid 40s. I had planned on building those storage bins this summer an collecting a nice check from that every month till then. I love that place. We've been there 20 years and have owned it about 4 years now. My favorite memories are from that place



you should buy the park and pay someone to run it until your ready.
 
15 min elliptical

Body For life workout ( When I first got back into the gym 4 years ago this is what I did for the first 8 months. I build my foundation from this. This workout is very fast paced. Your supposed to finish it in 45 mins but the tren slowed me down. Its took me over an hour to complete.)

Dam no wonder you felt like you were going to throw up. That's a freaking cardio workout on Tren. My cardio when on Tren consisted of 3 minutes flat run on the treadmill before every workout and I was about dead just from that, lol. And I have to wait at least 1 minute if not longer in between sets especially the heavy sets. But I never have liked cardio anyway [emoji4]
 
That's one hell of a workout and I just might try it myself just for the hell of it

There is no stopping now lol
 
Still working on the finishing touches on the garage home gym. I love this piece the most and can't express how awesome it is that it's the first thing I see when I walk in the garage. Once again the pic doesn't do it justice. I bought the expensive one that is 100% hand stitched. ( by an American )

I know I'm ending my cycle this coming week but once the gym is complete in a few weeks I'll wake up this log with a pic of the gym finished.

By the way that flag is 5x3

My paint job on the walls turned out pretty good ehhh?? lol I hate painting.
