Its like my "foodie thread" , I can go work for a few months and not post and that sucker runs itself , auto-pilot . Guys will watch over your thread and boot out the undesirables.I dont care how much they post , some posting is better than no posting. Just keep it civil .

I stay away from Tylenol (liver) but I do Advil for headaches...

Tren/heat stroke. Being in direct sun light for the last few days for 6 hours at a time has been horrible. I'm sun burned and just wore out. Thats 2 days in a row I came home and took a nap. I'm gonna go hard in the gym between tomorrow and Thursday to make up for it.

I always thought it was cool that my ol lady is from Michigan. All of my family on my dads side is from their to. Thats 16hrs away from where I live an come to find out that her grandma lived on the same street as my grandma did when she lived their. Coincidence? I think not. Destiny? I believe so lol

Ever notice how when you get really hot that your guts expand? I noticed that today. Ive been so bad these last few days. I come home and drink like 10 bottles of water and just pig out on whatever I lay my eyes on. I should be really cleaning it up this week cause it's my last week and I'll be at the lake next weekend but my body needed the extra fluids and calories. lol I just sent the GF out to get me ice cream ( Death by chocolate) at the moment.
