She ever train with you? Bet she could kick your ass around the gym soon enough lmaoMy sister has been training hard to. She is a freak boyee. She qualified for the Olympics in Gymnastics when she was 9 but we just couldn't pick up and move our family to Houston for her to live her dream so she had to let it die. Anyway we always compete against each other. If I can't put down the ice cream she may have me beat. lol

Much respect to your sis for that and you must been encouraging of her as well.Theres a difference between us. Im a strong meat head that used to be good at sports when I was a kid. She's 30 and has 2 kids and is still a bad ass athlete. She can out run, jump, swim, everyone I know. She trained hard as a kid. Harder then any kid should have to. Thats the way they push those gymnast. Anyway its always stuck with her.
When you're in a place like Chicago or elsewhere and you have access to eat food that you'd wouldn't get to normally, it doesn't hurt to take advantage of that at all... I've been on a vacation for several weeks now and I've gained nearly 15 pounds. I'm still training hard 5 days per week, and I'm probably eating 4,000 calories more per day than I'm used to. But I can't get this type of food anywhere else in the world. Gotta take advantage of great food when you have the chance!I ate like shit this weekend was passing through Chicago and had to grab a deep dish one night and an Italian beef sandwhich the next. Sometimes I cut myself some slack cause I'm not trying to step on stage. I'm just having fun, lifting hard, trying to get bigger. I do wish I had a little better control over what I eat though.
Lol my wife has been on my ass about constantly being on my phone. It would be so easy to now have an affair and be texting with another woman lol. But as the addict says "I'm not as bad as you guys, I only have 2400 posts in a year". [emoji13]Ya I know what you mean man. Hell we took a lil trip out of town this weekend an I found myself not even enjoying the view of the outdoors. To busy on meso the whole time an even while we was shopping. Walking into clothes racks while txting. Fuckin got the meso fever brother smh an I love it.
Knock back a vike and you'll be gtg
Ouch sorry about that..didn't realize vikes were part of the problem you had back then
Then you'll be ready for more once you do return. Maybe a little break down at the lake will do you some good...all the good food and beer
