Oh. Lol. No sense to keep going cause I'm going on vacation for 9 days and there's no gym where I'm going. Plus I need to come off cause I found a doc that will treat my low T but I have to have the blood work for it. Also I'm still very serious about a PL meet here in Nov and I need to come off now to time it right for that.
Makes sense...so you going to go on TRT? That would be a good thing.

Bet when you return you'll be ready to prep for the meet kickass style!

I'm either gonna kick ass or get my ass kicked. Either way I gotta try. Like I mentioned before im only competing on bench this one. I'm hoping I will meet a few people that will be beneficial to help me in the future.

Bench only, push/pull, or full power?
 
Saw this today. Ive been compared to this guy for a while now. As of this morning he out benches me by 6 lbs. As of this evening I will out bench him. ;)

We actually bench the same way. He brings his ass off the bench like I do.


Thumbs ON the bar ? I could never bench like that . Seems counterproductive...

Careful with that. Your ass coming off the bench means red lights and failed lift in powerlifting.
 
Yea bigger and way less of a dbag. He was actually at my gym last summer and the biggest asshole you could imagine. Was actually really surprised the way he treated a few people. Fuck people like that. Sorry that was my little rant

All size is relative , your what 5'8" and 225lbs ?? So in comparison you pack more lean body mass , correct ?

221 yesterday, diet has sucked lately. Lost a few lbs working out side last week and never got them back. Im still very very happy with where I will end up by the end of this blast. Im up 12 solid lean lbs, waist is smaller, BF is lower and strength is way up.

I would think any lean gain of 5lbs or more per cycle is a success . 10-12lbs lbm would be a huge success .

It figures. Those so-called "superstars" who treat people like shit, the people who pay for their 5 or 6 houses, deserve everything that's coming to them in the end.

Still that's awesome, despite the shitty conditions you been under.
 
No PR today :( just tried 485 and only got it half way.
At least you tried and at least you got it half way, and in 2 days you take a break, then be ready for more once you come back. The downtime should indeed do you well and then you can smash 500+ soon enough!
