Over-all pretty clean diet- somewhat reminds of some of the same type items I was consuming when I was around 5500-6000 calories per day. I paid extra close attention to your after-workout meal. Looks like you have the majority of carbs then ! That's a good thing. I did not however see a recovery protein shake in there post workout. Just my opinion, but I think that is the most crucial time to pamper your muscles. ( roughly 20 to 30 minutes after.) Over-all I think it is a great diet while not being too restrictive at the same time. You should fare well with it. I will be glad when it is carb time for me again. I didn't see any steaks in there brother !! You don't like ribeyes?

I tell you what man, I am going to eat a family pack of ribeyes with blue cheese melted all over them and some mustard garlic taters on memorial day weekend. I am hoping to be transitioning out of cutting by this time into gaining lean mass. I hope so anyway, if not just going to bomb one day.

Yeah this is something new im trying. I've always had a postworkout shake but now I'm having a preworkout shake and eatting for post workout at the gym.

Lol yes I love steaks. You'll see steaks in this thread on leg day. I'm also gonna pick up some lamb tomorrow.

Like I mentioned before I'll cut the carbs in a few weeks when I drop the dbol.

By the way dbol and fina together is INSANE. I'm pretty sure I under estimated my ending weight to say the lest. I thought I was gonna have to go to my locker and get my pocket knife to cut my sleeves off at the gym.
 
No video tonight fellas. I'm to dumb to figure out how to do it from my macbook. Ive watched a dozen youtube videos and I still can't get it. I'll do it at the office tomorrow on my PC. Its really starting to piss me off. Actually ALOT of things are starting to piss me off. I stayed pissed at the gym. First a guy hogged the water fountain to fill up his gallon jug. Then a damn guy asked me in the middle of a set if I was almost done with the BP. I didn't even have to respond, he saw in my eyes to walk the fuck away

I'm one of the most laid back guys I know and my last cycle of tren didn't make me aggressive at all. I don't know if it's the fina or the dbol/ fina mix but when I'm at the gym I stay highly irritated now.

As long as I leave it at the gym ill be fine
 
Has only happened to me a few times over the years, but People coming up and attempting to ask you in the middle of the sets is SO FUCKING ANNOYING. Especially when u have headphones in. I don't understand how that makes sense at all, it's not like I was doing 200 rep sets . Just wait 30 seconds god damn lol

Ps... I filled my gallon jug at the gym a few days ago Hahahaha

But I kept looking back to make sure no one was waiting. Some people just lack common courtesy, it's unreal

Dbol tren was the best mass gainer ever- but it gave me my first gyno flare up in a very short time. Be vigilant with Ai and serm regimen!
 
Heres the fountain for my diet for the next few weeks. It changes slightly day to day depending what my body is telling me.

Training Day Menu
Meal 1: 7 a.m.

- 10 egg whites
- 1¼ cups oatmeal (dry measure)
- 8 oz. orange juice or 1 cup mixed fruit

Meal Totals: 669 calories, 58 g protein, 93 g carbs, 7 g fat

Meal 2: 10 a.m.

- 8 oz. chicken breast- 1 small to medium potato

Meal Totals: 409 calories, 56 g protein, 37 g carbs, 3 g fat

Meal 3: 12 p.m.

- Whey protein shake (2 scoops)- 6-8 rice cakes

Meal Totals: 450 calories, 48 g protein, 58 g carbs, 2 g fat

Meal 4 (post workout): 3-4 p.m. ( I bring this and eat it at the cafe in my gym )

- 8 oz. turkey breast
- 2-3 cups cooked pasta or white rice
- 1 whole-grain roll

Meal Totals: 1,096 calories, 78 g protein, 177 g carbs, 4 g fat

Meal 5: 6-7 p.m.

- 8 oz. ground beef or Turkey(95% lean)
- 1 slice low-fat cheese
- 2 slices whole-grain bread
- 1 piece fruit

Meal Totals: 593 calories, 59 g protein, 57 g carbs, 13 g fa

Meal 6: 9 p.m.

- Whey protein shake (2 scoops)

Meal Totals: 170 calories, 40 g protein, 2 g carbs, 0 g fat

Daily Totals: 3,387 calories, 339 g protein, 424 g carbs, 29 g fat
Thats not enough protein.
If your lean bulking that may be low for you. But only you would know that

Have an extra meal like a steak all by itself or maybe with some low cal veggies. I cant understand how a mere 400g protein would make you fat unless your getting it from crap foods. Your on tren man feed that bitch

Widely accepted Studies show anything over .82g/lb is not being utilized for muscle growth, so a lot of people follow that. That is the most "scientific" approach. Obviously some guys like trukker go for the 2g/lb approach, shit it obviously works for him so can't argue it. I personally fall between the two and aim for about 1.5g/lb.

I was more concerned about your fat levels... Going that low doesn't effect your energy levels and overall mood?!

my guess is when you up your protein, you also up your carbs. lower your carbs the amount you raise your protein. I'm never going to be convinced protein turns to fat. NEVER! :)

you need fats for hormone production.

All ill say if you whole heartedly believe less than 1 gram protein per bodyweight is sufficient on cycle then your cray

Diet looks solid. If you feel the need later on don't be hesitant to change / increase fats if it helps with mood and satiety, but otherwise your macros look great.
 
those studies are so flawed it is pitiful. I would love to see pics of these guys that gained all this muscle from just 1g per pound and under.
