Over-all pretty clean diet- somewhat reminds of some of the same type items I was consuming when I was around 5500-6000 calories per day. I paid extra close attention to your after-workout meal. Looks like you have the majority of carbs then ! That's a good thing. I did not however see a recovery protein shake in there post workout. Just my opinion, but I think that is the most crucial time to pamper your muscles. ( roughly 20 to 30 minutes after.) Over-all I think it is a great diet while not being too restrictive at the same time. You should fare well with it. I will be glad when it is carb time for me again. I didn't see any steaks in there brother !! You don't like ribeyes?
I tell you what man, I am going to eat a family pack of ribeyes with blue cheese melted all over them and some mustard garlic taters on memorial day weekend. I am hoping to be transitioning out of cutting by this time into gaining lean mass. I hope so anyway, if not just going to bomb one day.
