Odie's First Log

Not sure where y'all are getting yalls numbers but I'm consuming 1.6X-1.8x a day. I just stepped on my scale and it says I am 215 and I was 209 8 days ago. I know thats not a true weight but I bet I gained 2-3 lbs this week and my tren and dbol is just now starting to really kick in. I am gaining brothers believe me. My arms barley fit in my shirt. Once the fina kicks in FULL BALST ill eat more, I always do.

I posted this for feed back though. I may lower the carbs a hair and up the protien a little.
 
At least from what I read the .82 is a baseline for natty. But the gear is supposed to help with protein synthesis or something. So you can take in and utilize a lot more. But im sure someone smarter than me can give an explanation a lot more scientifical.
 
Haha, I'll give 2g / lb an honest try next cycle if you give 1-1.25g / lb a try on one of your blasts ;)



I can never do that, cause I will be taking 4 steps backwards ;) easier for you to try the 2g protein per lb of BW. than for me to go backwards. you will be taking 6 steps forward if you do 2g protein per lb of BW :D
 
Ya...this argument is old and over played. As far as I can see im the only one that tried BOTH and I was a staunch defender of 1g per bodyweight. There is a difference. I guess if I told you the only thing that builds muscle is PROTEIN and that is what is required then why would you cut yourself short. Literally and figuratively makes 0 sense. Thats why I switched

If I give you a fast car and tell you the only thing that will make you go faster is the accelerator and you decide that riding the brake pedal is the way to go then you see my point.

No big guy takes less than 2g per bodyweight

Actually Ive been asking for suggestions and told y'all that I would cut the carbs a little and add a little more protein. Y'all have to understand I just came off a all natural cut and I haven't got my appetite quite back yet. I am struggling getting all this food in me right now and y'all are suggesting Steaks. lol

As soon as my truenutrition lands any day now I'll drink that while I'm eatting my post work out meal and I'll be slightly over my 2grams per body weight. Lol. I'm already at 1.6-1.8 but whatever I'll take yalls advice.
 
I read an article a while back that said your body can't process more then 50grams of protein at a time. Thats why my meals are laid out like they are.
Do you believe a 250 lb pro linebacker the top of his profession has the same utilization rate as a 150lb secretary? Hmmm? Never mind being loaded on anabolic agents that are designed to break down protein faster and in larger quantities.

I dont want to argue I just want yiu to realize what your leaving at the table man.

Fact is you are in top tier genetics wise and you WILL grow regardless. You WILL grow more with higher protein intake.

I grew for years on 1 to 1.3 grams protein per bodyweight. Now that im serious I will topple all obstacles in my quest. Being serious requires 2g per lb;)
