Several good points made in my opinion ! That's why I stress the importance of protein. Most times, you can gain enough fat from your natural protein options. With the exception of cutting, your body will tell you what you need. I have never been a believer in no carbs after 6 pm. What if you don't work out until 8 pm? Your body is going to utilize it with the addition of PED, they speed up protein synthesis. On my off days when I am trying to add lean mass, I will virtually eat like all day long. Protein sources ! a piece of chicken breast here, a package of tuna there, some tilapia or orange ruffy, SEVERAL protein shakes thru the day. I agree with the guys that are saying 2g/per # BW. It be a little over, but what your body doesn't synthesize/utilize is excreted in a means of waste. So, if you are taking in more than what you need, you know you have your bases covered. Sometimes, protein WILL constipate you. It can also be a little taxing on your kidneys, but I assume it is common sense to drink LOTS of water while on cycle anyway to keep them flushed.

My general rule of thumb when NOT cutting, I eat clean protein until I have to use the restroom. It will actually become a cycle once your metabolism gets in sync with you. ALso, I would say to keep as routine as schedule as you can. They body can sense when something changes, and goes into a "self protect mode." It will actually hold onto food you have eaten, and break the synthesis cycle. (bowel abnormality)

as stated, these are just my opinions and what I have logged in real life.

Have an extra meal like a steak all by itself or maybe with some low cal veggies. I cant understand how a mere 400g protein would make you fat unless your getting it from crap foods. Your on tren man feed that bitch

Could be. The Deep Brachial Artery runs through there. So in terms of "relation" its just a major artery where it takes approximately 90 seconds to circulate through the entire cardiovascular system.
Dark dark blood upon exiting the skin whether its a trauma wound, injection, or what have you is a sign of arterial blood versus venus blood which is a bright red.

Just want to clear this up, dark red oozing blood is associated with venous deoxygenated blood. Bright red spurting blood is from arterial blood. Confusing the two could put you into a bit of trouble.

I know some of the cable machines I use are a little wierd with the weights but you get the idea. Some say that the 7th plate is 70 lbs but thats BS, so who knows what it is.
 
Ok........ 90lb db for 32 reps on incline is insane!

It's hard as hell for me to get 120's up in position. I can't imagine anything heavier than 140's... It'd be nice to have a couple of guys that could hand them off to you. It probably takes 2 reps of energy just getting in pressing position.

ah ha! You are totally correct and my dyslexia serves me well yet again! Lol, sorry for the mix-up, it's actually pretty inexusable so please forgive me....its been a long shift.
But you're 100% right arterial blood is bright due to its presence of oxygen attached to the hemoglobin and venous return is dark dark red due to its lack of oxygen. Thank you for correcting me! And with that dumb backwards post, I think I should stop posting and get some sleep for one day, haha!
 
I use dumbells 90% of the time as well... Much better stretch and contraction. Plus you don't need a spotter....easier to do drop sets too.

I kinda of wish I had a spotter. Its hell on my elbow throwing that weight up on my chest from resting on my knees. Plus if I had a spotter I would go a little heavier, if I could find the damn DBs that I know we have.

I spent a WHOLE YEAR in the DB section. I would do 90% of everything upper body there

Lol actually when I post the video tomorrow of my 3x405 you'll see that the first one was a bounce but I was completely cold.

Actually I was in the gym for 2 hours, well 2.5 if you count my shower and meal I had there. I'm not one of those guys that takes 5 mins in between sets and tries to help all the ladies out. lol Im there for one reason and thats to grow
 
I will say that when I reached my set of dips I was completely out of gas. I felt my legs shaking. I knew I needed food quick. I am defiantly feeling it tonight and my GF is pissed because I told her we couldn't play Cowboys and Indians tonight.

Ok so I FINALLY figured out how to post a video here but I'm second guessing posting it. I couldn't post the ones of me actually working out because in one of the videos a guy says my name and in the other it reveals to much of my face. Does anyone really even wanna see a video of me in blue jeans just messing around with 405 for a few reps on BP???
 
LOL Furious your a bastard and thank you Alex but I'm fully dressed so you may not be interested. Lets see if anyone else wants me to. Its not really relevant to anything except the fact that Im a little weaker then where I left off on my last cycle and the fact that I grunt ALOT while lifting heavy. lol
