Elitefts is the best competition equipment available hands down. Costly but top notch.

I'm wanting to get this for my home gym. I have it on my watch list from ebay. I'm sure you can find it where ever you like to shop like amazon or what not. I don't know if you'll like the weight capacity it will hold which is only 600lbs but for me I will never be benching or squatting over that amount anyways lol. You however are a beast with unlimited potential an just might one day exceed that limit. Its a small fortune for me but would be priceless since it has built in spotters for that ease of mind. Its called MARCY PRO POWER RACK AN BENCH (PM3800). The one I'm looking at ships from the store payless an goes for $439.99+$78.07 for shipping. I also like the bench because you can buy different shit for it an turn it from a leg developer into a arm curling station. It has a few other attachments as well but you have to find an buy them separate. Its worth taking a look at if you want bro. This will be mine one day lol.

Good find. I started to buy a Marcy home gym 2 years ago. It looked great online but when I actually went to Sears and looked at it, it was very wobbly. This one may not be who knows. Also I live close to salt water and being as most these racks are 7' or more it won't really fit in my spare bedroom. It will have to stay in the garage and will start to rust over time so I'm looking for something very heavy duty that will last more then a life time with proper maintance.

I'm pretty sure I'm gonna get that one I posted a link to yesterday from elite. It comes with a lifetime wArrenty and everytime I get some extra money I can buy more attachments for it. Fuck I don't want to clean out my garage though. It's bascialy my junk room that's got 3 huge projects waiting on me to do someday. I've got some antique furniture that needs to be sanded and restrained taking up the garage now. I hate sanding

Do I think you can workout at home and make the same progress as a big gym ? No . Theres advantages to having others around , it makes you workout harder and you never let your guard down when in your in public . Look how Brutus and JB pushed each other , you cant get that kind of drive by yourself ....

But its still nice to have that homegym for those times you either cant make the drive or you need a quiet workout by yourself ....

Kinda of worried about posting pics of her. She use to compete and has even been on the cover of two magazines.( not any big name mags ). She said she has over 2000 followers on Twitter. ( I know nothing about Twitter. Lol). If I had a pic that I knew I was the only one that had it then I would post it here. I may post one of the pics she sent me the other day later when she's not here.

Agreed. I defiantly work out harder at the gym then o do at home. Right now all I have is a bowflex, DBs and bands that I take with me out in the road. Adding a power rack would pretty much give me everything I need. I could bench,squat and do deads at the house. I like to power clean to. Also it would be great to curl in the squat rack and nobody could talk shit to me. Lol

Het Odie! You ever think about competing in BB ? I dont know what your legs look like but if their anything like your upper body , i think you would do well. Ive been in the gym for a long time and i dont think I've seen anybody at your height carry as much mass as you, and that counting all the competitive BB I've known.

Seriously thinking about entering an amateur ahow in November. This new chick and some trainers at my gym are pushing me to do it. I will have my mind made up by the end of this cycle if I'm gonna do it. It's just so hard cause of the type of job I have. Sometimes I meal prep for the whole week and then get called out of town the next day for a week. Anyway I'm thinking about it. I know I will get destroyed by some 280 lb dude

Yeah but only for like a week and we lived together for years. You know how that goes. Honestly I hate to say it but we will probably get back together. She is really really good for me. Last night was fun though and I definatly enjoyed getting some strange but I had plenty of that when I was younger. I'm 33 now and have to start thinking about a family
