Odie's First Log

All a home gym really needs is a power rack, bar and weights, and an adjustable bench. Everything else IMO is add-ons or bells and whistles so IMO your home gym is already old school and functioning lol. I had drawn up some plans and was going to fabricate my own power rack but my welder broke a while back and I haven't gotten around to repairing it or getting a new one :(

I powerlifted a couple years with just weights , I still missed the lat machine ...
 
Yep I got a long ways to go but give me a year or two and I'll start charging for admission. Lol nah my folks are already asking me to quit my job and come run and take over their park on the lake. If I did that my dream is to open a gym on or across the street from the property cause we own it all. It would be the only gym with in 30 miles out there. Honestly though I'm to young to go live in the woods and run a motel/Rv/grill/bait shop and grocery store. I look forward to it in about another 15-20 years though.

Fuck I hate when chest day falls on a Monday. These chumps are gonna have to get out of my way, I gotta move some weight. Today I'm going for a PR on bench and from there I will finish with FST-7.

Well my PR was short lived. The guy that spotted me jumped down and got 5 of them. Then when I got to the dip machine a chick asked to work in with me. Lets just say she embarrassed me. I asked her if she was on Steriods just playing and she looked me up and down and didn't say anything. Not sure what to make of that.

No one can take my PR away. I felt like doing a back flip after I did it. It hurt like a bitch though. That shit is heavy.

Nah that chick is all women. She just trains hard everyday. Fuck her she weighs like 100 lbs less then me, of course she did way more dips then me.

I guess I didn't train legs as hard as I thought yesterday cause i got on the treadmill and decided to run a mile.

8min 33 sec mile very slow for me but its a treadmill and Im on 700 mg of tren now. I'll take it being as I haven't timed a mile in months.

Bench Press
40 push ups to get everything to pop and stretch
475x1 PR :) I won't being doing that again for a while. It hurt so bad
315x12 TUT really squeezed my pecs on every rep

150x8 These really hurt my elbows when I threw them up. I took a little Meso break to update my PR and dropped weight.

I can't even explain how amazing I feel. Not sure if it's the B12, fina, mast, prop or the combo of all of them but when I got there and got on the treadmill I said fuck it im going to run a mile. Then I went to the bench area and honestly just started throwing weight on there. I meant to throw 25 lb plates on with all the 45s and when I saw that I had thrown on 35s instead I said " fuck it I got this" after that I dropped down over 100 lbs and did time under pressure. I felt jacked and turned some heads today. I usually have to carry my ass down the stairs to the locker room, but I caught myself actually running down the stairs when I was leaving. Ive only got 3 weeks left and Im gonna make the most of it.

Now that Im home Im fucking SORE. My whole body hurts and i mean everything
