•FEMALE LOG/ANAVAR•

Lol dont worry @Devika hes just mad cuz he can only hit 225 for 3 lol. I believe it. Look at her quads(if you can get your eyes off da booty) mo thicka than a snicka. I dont think she would say 5 because it seems too conspicuous, if she was gonna lie ahe would say 2 or maybe 3.

lol yeah damn bro you got me how could you tell....I can only hit 5 when I'm in super saiyan mode lmao

Bruhhhhhhhhhhh!! That is fuckin awesome! I can hardly believe you failed on the first and then hit 5!! Shit i should have tried to bench 315 a second time when i failed a few months ago! Way to go girl, fuckin awesome!! Im amped as shit for you haha

Shit i figured you had a double in ya but i never wouldve guessed 5, that just means you havent been pushing hard enough ;p fuckin dig deep and you can pull all kinds of strength out of the abyss.

You know, I got a little nervous bc I saw those two guys watching me in the mirror. I went a little too low the first time and the bar hit the safeties.
I was a little bummed out but wanted to try again.
He gave me good feedback and the way he explained to me how to retain my breath and "get tight", as well as activating the lats while maintaining full back extension.
He was super sweet.
I thought of you when the magic happened. Thank you so much for that little push. I tend to be very conservative in my lifts but this totally took it to a new level. I appreciate your words of encouragement:)

That's the thing I work with some girls that are apart of USAW as well and headed to nationals those numbers are a bit outlandish.

@Devika your hit 135 for 12 then 225 for 5 then another 135 for 7 then another 225 for 4...I'm not hating on you but it just seems odd.

You know, I have nothing to prove to you.
You can either believe it or not.
I'm just here to log my journey.
If you don't like what I'm posting, the door is right there, buddy.

Technique becomes increasingly important as you progress - and as you just learned.

Have you read Mark Rippetoe's Starting Strength? The book teaches lifts and technique in detail. It's well worth buying.

Yeah ive had that happen a few times with the safeties, fucks everything up, i always put them lower so it wont hurt if i go deeper than i mean to. You are very welcome, i will always encourage you and everyone else, we're all in this shit whether its for looks or reps kr weight moved, i want to see every last one of us winning!!

She should be interested in powerlifting, thats what all the cool kids are doing.

Easily. If she's doing 225 for reps now, she could certainly squat higher on singles.

We might have the makings of a champion powerlifter here.

I would totally LOVE to learn how to PL.

Right now, I'm trying to put on as much mass as possible so that I can start competing in NPC next year.
However, PL is something I would definately like to try in the near future.

I'm 28 years young. The world is my oyster:)

Lmao, no worries I would defend all my lifts with my life too but one thing I do is record my shit. The thirst is real in this thread. I don't know you from the chick down the street and don't care either way. I said I wasn't hating and staying cordial, just posting my constructive criticism. No wool over my eyes I see enough ass at my gym.

Way to go D, your one of my favourites to follow along because you put in the work and you trusted the program. Results don't come overnight but with consistency week after week sometimes great things happen 9 weeks later. Just out of curiousity you aren't squatting raw like they believe you are though if I'm not mistaken you do use wraps? Which would probably clear somet things up. Not taking away anything though you've earned that and your awesome! Hopefully you know how I feel about you ;) and girls who squat crazy weight in general!

Do you know how to bench squat and deadlift? Well then, ma'am, you know how to powerlift hahah.

Nice to see you so optimistic, im gonna be 23 on the 4th and i constantly feel like im running out of time to make shit happen with my life lol

I haven't read it yet.
And actually, a very sweet member here gave me a copy of a bunch of books to read while I recover from my upcoming boob job. Starting Strength is one of them!
I shall start reading it right meow.

Thanks, love!
As you know, I took your and Eman's advice to heart from the very beginning. I totally went out of my comfort zone trying this format of training, but it has surpassed my expectations.

Yes, I mentioned it before, and I'll say it again- I do squat with a belt and knee wraps.
I will go to any length to make sure I don't aggravate the 3 bulging discs I have. I'm also like to have my knees wrapped.
Some call it cheating, I call it safety.

No way! Omg, I wish I had your lifting experience when I was your age.
Unfortunately, I was a raging alcoholic at the time. The only thing I knew how to lift was the bottle lol
Mad props to you bc you're a beast!

Ps: I know how to squat & DL, but God dammit my bench is weak AF.
Tbh, my least favorite lift

I guess im fortunate i got the raging alcoholic/drug addict phase out of the way in my late teens early 20's. Mind you.....i still enjoy doing my 12oz curls from time to time, if ya know what im saiyan ;)

Im right there with you on the bench, compared to deads and squats i bench like a 13 year old girl hahahha. But hey...2 outta 3 aint so bad lol

With very, very few exceptions women your size and approximate build struggle benching. No worries a few of us know a little about benching if you ever go the PL direction.

Lollll
40 oz curls were my favorite when we could cross to Georgia to get 'em.
Good times ;)

Cross to georgia....hmm...did you per chance grow up in florida? Because i remember growing up in florida and drinking 32oz because they didnt have 40's hahah. Only 12's now though since i dont drink shit beer or malt liqour any longer haha.

Congratulations @Devika. I know you don't have any interest in powerlifting but just so you know 225 would be in the top 15 in the current national rankings for the open class 105 pound raw squat division. You could likely compete at 105 with some water manipulation.

Wow really?
That's cool to know.. Even though I don't squat raw.
Gotta wrap it up or else you may get pregnant. Haha

But seriously, that is really good to know. I think in the future I would totally give PL a shot.
First, I wanna get competing in NPC out of my system bc I just like the idea of getting shredded AF.
You never know, it may not be my thing or get bored of it and then I can start expanding my horizons.
We'll see.
I just wanna make all kinds of gains:cool:

Really ,what's a strong bench anyway ? A squat or deadlift equates to more real life/world so don't worry about your bench being low.
I've gone through my issues with drinking and it boiled down to me being way too immature when I was younger. I started when I was 14. I fought, got rowdy etc because I was a young tough guy asshole gang banger. I sip on sizzurp now after 9 years away and it can truly be conquered, like anything in life. I'm not saying go have a drink but that as we age we change and anything is possible.

Wow dev!!!! WAY TO GO

What's that...like 90lbs on your squat in 2 months?!?! On 10mg of var no less and a diet of beans and eggs. That's incredible!!!! The PL girls I train with on mass gainers, dedicated PL programs and coaches don't even see these kind of unbelievable results. Some of them even on gear.

225 squat for 4 reps in 2 months have to be the most incredible results I've ever seen on a 110 lb girl. It's like world record holding numbers!!! You missed your calling in the powerlifting world!

Due to your bulging disk problem, I'd send someone a video of your form to make sure you don't hurt yourself or aggravate the problem.

I'm sure next round you can hit like 260 or something at the rate you're going!!!

Unbelievable results! Great job. Lol.

You'd be scary running tren, girly! On something more powerful than var you could probably squat 4x your bodyweight!!! Lol. Can't wait to see how you do on your primo anadrol stack.
