•FEMALE LOG/ANAVAR•

I am totally there with you, CBS.
I'm a Rock & Roll girl and that's all I ever listen to when I work out.
Everything in between System of a Down to Fleetwood Mac and The Eagles

I'm currently jammin' to The Eagles greatest hits album. Found a vintage copy when I went record hunting earlier today :)

Damn it! I was out and you pulled me back in. You're gonna get me in trouble with the other members.;)

I LOVE rock and can talk about bands for hours. Unfortunately, aside from Scally and one or two others, there are only rap fans here.

Here's one you'll like, Devika. guaranteed to help you reach PRs.

❤️❤️❤️

You have no idea how much I love Fleetwood Mac. I saw them 2x last year and I cannot wait for them to do another tour.
They were so amazing and put on such a great show! Did you know they have a new album in the making?
I'm working on my collection :)

I really love classic rock!
Tbh, I've never been able to date people my age bc most of them listen to rap, hiphop, house music (kill me!) and other genres that my ears just cannot take.

One of the reasons why I ended up dating a guy 21 yrs older than me, was all the musical knowledge he shared. That's how I got into Led Zeppelin, mamas and the papas, Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd, etc..
I've felt so out of place with my generation and their taste in music.

One of my fave songs is by Fleetwood Mac. But true hip hop wins with me. I love classic rock but throw me some Fugees, Kast, or what evs and I'll vote hip hop all day

Include me in there my man. Went to the rock and roll Hall of fame induction a few years ago. Guns n roses and red hot chili peppers are two favorites of mine and they both got inducted the same year.

Motley crue was the shit.

No wonder you've always been one of my favorites here❤️

Do you happen to like Stone Temple Pilots? I was so sad when Scott Weiland died. They were also one my fav bands I've seen in concert.

Yeah! I saw them as well a while back. I've honestly never been around so much drugs as I was at that concert... It was nuts.

Ironically, dead and bloated was the climax of that show. Scott was amazing and it's sad he's gone but it kind of completed him as well. Sort of similar to how death made Jim Morrison a true legend.

I love the Fugees too! They did a beautiful remake of Killing me softly and that song def holds a special place in my heart.
Lauryn Hill has a gorgeous voice!

What's your fav FM song?

My god. I feel so fruity and ashamed now. [Walking away with my head down in shame...]

It's so funny you say that bc I had the same experience...personally, I had never done as much drugs as I did when I saw them here at the Hard Rock. Great concert though! Definately one I'll always remember.

I agree that even though his death was really sad, it did complete him. It's the fate of many rock stars, another to add to that list is Kurt Cobain... Such an irony when you hear "Come as you are"

You guys should drop in on Scally's music thread. All classic rock and no rap. Good stuff. Good Day - Buongiorno - Bonjour - Buenos Dias

I do like that thread... I bumped it with a classic.

I'm going to see twenty one pilots next month, a band I got into a while back. They are def in the alt rock spectrum, my kind of shit. I am thinking about eating a truckload of edibles and rocking out. :)

The Chain.

OMG that bass guitar solo gave me goose bumps when I heard it live!
Absolutely love that song.

Did you know that The Chain came to be by merging 3 different songs? "Lola", "Keep me there" and an early acoustic version of "the chain" made by Stevie Nicks which had the same chorus but it was a different song than the final one.
Check out the beginning of "Lola"

I totally regret not being alive in the 70s
