You should get a contract with Reese's to use these pics in their TV ads. Sales would go up and I wouldn't be so quick to skip the commercials.

I ABSOLUTELY DID lol. Ya she does stronglifts 5x5 I know there's better programs but she likes that one so whatever works, she just likes the fancy app it has and how it's easy to track

5x5 is solid for most females imo... its a good blend
The only exercises my girl does triples and below are Olympic lifts
