I haven't overhead barbell pressed in a while. Been doing 6 days (5 twice a days) so been avoiding high SFR compounds.
 
Morning cardio ran one mile finished walking an hour.
Home workout pushups, arms, stretch.
Same weight as last week. Do a seven day average. Not sure if I should add calories or hang tight.

You mentioned being weak as hell. I'm kinda curious where your lifts are at in general. You could probably make some good progress building strength with a few compounds and not really need to gain any weight.

My strength is getting progressively stronger. Some told me I was on the skinnier side the other day and it's bothered me.
 
Not too bad, has a little wiggle room if you were to bump doses later. Slightly more test to Primo.
Definitely room to go up. I wouldn’t want to go down I don’t think. I’ve never crashed it and don’t want to. I’m keeping everything as is because my next blood test is through my general practitioner. This way I know the numbers will be good.
