Anyway, it hinders aerodynamics, so forget about it.
The "most of it" is slightly concerning.

It's all fan and games till you get it snagged in the knurling of the barbell when you OHP the beard insted of the shoulders, getting a god tier uppercut in the process

I haven't overhead barbell pressed in a while. Been doing 6 days (5 twice a days) so been avoiding high SFR compounds.
 
Morning cardio ran one mile finished walking an hour.
Home workout pushups, arms, stretch.
Same weight as last week. Do a seven day average. Not sure if I should add calories or hang tight.
 
Not too bad, has a little wiggle room if you were to bump doses later. Slightly more test to Primo.
Definitely room to go up. I wouldn’t want to go down I don’t think. I’ve never crashed it and don’t want to. I’m keeping everything as is because my next blood test is through my general practitioner. This way I know the numbers will be good.
