Older on steroids

Does it make a huge difference with age on cycle? As in can someone my age...50... build quality muscle still. I don't gain like some of my 30 year old friends, do we need more gear at my age? Don't get me wrong, I've seen good gains since I started using 3 years ago, but really want more.
 
Age is a definite issue. I started young at 22 and now I'm 30 and it seems like it's harder for me to recover and gain vs. being 22 again but I know a 50 year old guy the's still ranked top 10 in the U.S. Pound for pound on his stats but he's been lifting for thirty years also but it's possible to up your gains. Doesn't matter what you take. If your not eating like you should your gains won't be that good.

If it's seems hard to eat like a pig try getting some injectable b12 for tsc or local co op. It will make you eat a ton plus energy boost
 
I will be the 1st to admit my diet is not spot on, but I've come a long way in 3 years, from being 264lbs and flabby as hell, to today's weight of 252 and much more muscle. I try and eat as clean as I can, try on most days to eat at least 3500 calories clean as possible, and upwards of 5000, I just came off of 750mg of test enthanate, but I'm convinced it was trash as I posted in another section. I'm just cruising at the moment.
 
Swap esters. I flip flop in between every 6 to 8 weeks and throw in some sustanon with it to jump start it. But after 3 years you will prob have to bump it up to 1000 or more a week depending how long you've been on at the time. I personally never come off. I'll stager back down to 1cc a week for a month then jump back up so I don't lose anything I gain.
 
I have some cyp powder coming, I hope it's good, gonna try making it myself, I hear that's the way to go..... we shall see...
 
I would hate to recommend someone I have never tried before...but I will post up my experience with it when it comes in...
 
Is it from a form like this ? Just curious in general cause I have no earthly idea on it. I would love to make my own stuff. Tren test eq drol ect. Would save me a lot plus I'd know it was real and not bs under dosed bath tub brew
 
Yes, I searched around and decided to give this one a try. What else can you do? Nobody just comes right out and recommends...nobody wants to give up their source.... but I did.... just picked one...had good reviews and was also bashed...but he kept returning emails and answered all questions etc...so will see.

Bulking, maybe it's my age, but when I eat and try and bulk, I gain, but also in my stomach, I see a lot of guys do, but it's hard when you use to be fat, lose most and gain muscle, then bulk...here comes the fat again to a point, but it's just a process
 
mikeyfla. I am a bit older than you. Although I don't blast a gram or more per week anymore, I cruise on 500 mg of Test Cyp. and still kill it in the gym. I too accumulate fat in the stomach area if I eat more than 3,000 calories per day. The only way to beat it is to cut way down on carbs. Like 50 grams per day pwo and post wo only.

You need to talk to @Oregongearhead! He's over 50 and puts a lot of us younger guys in our place!!!

This is one of the problems of bulking over 50 , you gotta really clean bulk to keep from adding fat (most over 50 guys just cant dirty bulk).

Im still trying to lean out after my last dirty bulk , nothing but egg whites/chicken breasts and salads & apples for me the last month . But its working , waist has went from 42" to near 35" in 2 months (215lbs to 187 currently). Goodluck Mikey :D

You could still get bunk raws
 
at 5'7" 210ish and being 47 years of age, I cannot see a reason to bulk up. My waist is around thirty two and have a pretty good six pack.

I think at our age it's time to trim down and not carry so much bulk into the older years. To much strain on your heart, joints and pocket book, IMO.

Become like Michelangelo, and sculpt.

hold on... at the end of the day the most important thing is: how many calories I'm eating.

Unless you eat junk food 24H, You could eat nice stuff and not pack fat if you keep your surplus of calories not too high during a bulk.
I have eaten very clean and a bit dirty here and there and didn't find any difference if my calories were the same, just a bit harder to eat clean because I had to swallow much more food.

I can eat one burger with mayo, bread, fat meat and salads, or eat chicken with rice and one table spoon of olive oil, if I have calculated the macors and they are the same, it doesn't change anything for the body.

food is food.

True . Thats why Im bulking down , going for a tight ripped chassis without a lot of bulk. You wont recognize me in 3 months ...:eek:
 
I just want a little more size to sculpt. It may also help if I had reliable good gear. Almost ready to say screw it and pay the $140 per bottle from the dr. At least I would know it's good. ...

50 per day...wow, that's so hard to do, I know about 10 years ago I did Atkins and kept it to 20 carbs per day for 3 months, dropped 50 pounds. A couple times I actually counted my daily intake and I was around 175 carbs per day, sometimes over 200... but trying to go a bit cleaner now since the stomach came back a bit
