live young die happy.

I've made up my mind and I'm going to do it, If I don't get any help from them. Plus, I can choose my own dosage. It's not as though I won't be keeping on top of my health. I'll be getting regular bloodwork etc...

Over here we don't have many TRT clinics like you guys overseas. Plus the TRT clinic docs over here still put you on T the old fashioned way; 250 mg Sust every 3 weeks, Test E every 2-3 weeks or Nebido. No AI, no Hcg.
you wouldnt need an AI on that type dose, also no need for hcg. dont forget alot of these for purpose clinics in the US are interested in profit and profit only.

Fuck it man. 250 mg every Monday and Thursday, Test e. 500 mg a week!! How long do you think I'll live because I just don't give a fuck anymore? Had this fit blonde bird checking me out last night and I'm like "You don't want to look at me hun because my dick doesn't even work"

I just need to get out of this place so that I can start injecting the same shit that messed me up inside me!! I feel like shit, look like shit and can't even eat what I want because my sugars spike.

This is the same hand that injected that shit in me and messed me up. This is the same hand that will bring me back:

The past couple of days I've been getting perfect sugar readings between 70 - 99, so I tested myself earlier by eating a margherita pizza which is loaded with carbs. My one hour postprandial was only 127 which is fucking excellent. :D Been exercising everyday and I hope to god that I've finally reversed the insulin resistance. Also been taking plenty of vits including alpha lipoic acid which I hear helps with insulin sensitivity.

As a society its sad to see that we still havent adequetely addressed NOR come up with adequete solutions for mental health issues.

Yes, we have alot of "pills" that pharma has brought out to prevent suicides and maybe get people back on track, but there are still not very many "tried and true" solutions aside from maybe excercise to help people out.

Nice little cartoon-accompanied YouTube video on that very topic: "23 and 1/2 hours: What is the single best thing we can do for our health?"

That's one of the nice things about exercise: it has a very immediate effect on your blood sugar. This short-term effect wears off pretty quickly (24 hours or less), but there are also long-term effects that come when you've been doing this for a while.

Keep it up! And remember, more is not necessarily better: for blood sugar control and cardiovascular health, 1 hour of intense exercise is the magic number; studies have shown that cortisol levels elevate when the duration exceeds this.

Here is what I think happened. My chronic masturbation fucked with my thyroid and lowered my testosterone levels into the hypogonadal range which then caused insulin resistance. Now for the past three weeks I've been taking Vitamin D and thyroid support vitamins aswell as exercising and eating pretty healthy. I believe I have raised my T levels back into the MAIS range which has now reversed the insulin resistance. My blood sugar readings are perfect. My fasting glucose is now in the 80's.

I can't believe it but I can now eat carbs and junk food again and it doesn't spike my sugars higher than 130.

Baseline bloods done next week to see where my T and LH levels are now.

Had a sandwich and Nachos with sweet and sour sauce earlier, 70 grams carbs total. Postprandial sugar was 136 which is perfect. The one hour mark is when the spike usually occurs. By two hours it should be back to around 100. I've stopped wanking as well. I pray to god that my levels are back into the MAIS range especially LH so that I can still get treatment from my endo.

FWIW, I was deficient in Vitamin D and I've now raised my levels with supplements.

It was this one:

Two hour postprandial was 84. Fucking perfect. I can't believe I've reversed this. Now just gotta find out where my hormones are. I'm getting bloods done next week. Tbh, I'd rather self treat than be put on Nebido. Just need to find out where my levels are now so that I can figure out the correct dosage to put myself on.

I think you spend WAY too much time thinking about your "numbers" and testing yourself. Take it from me, I am a hypochondriac and I have OCD. FORGET about all this shit, blood glucose after you eat certain foods and all that.

Just eat healthy, exercise. STOP drinking and get ANNUAL or bi annual blood work.

Im curious about something, your a young man. Do you work? Do you go to school? Those re the areas in your life you need to focus on

Look at my posts from last summer, I had high blood pressure and was checking it 5 times away, even went to the ER.
As soon as I threw away my BP monitor and stopped checking it every minute it normalized and has remained normal
