From the recent posts from Millard, I would think you can talk about cycles, PCT, politics, etc, just don't ever speak critically of other SRC's. Probably best to stay out of those threads.

I remember that valkyrie would post a lot in other threads, as if he was a normal member here, until recently. He must have stopped when he realized he wasn't gonna make any money here.
He did give good advice though and I personally enjoyed reading his posts that were outside of his source thread, it was nice. If you were to be like that, but actually be a good source on top of that, that would be really cool.

Some members have taken it upon themselves to start changing the direction of the forum to more closely follow it's intended path.
To be clear...as when I fucked up that noob it wasn't to protect nophat as a source it was to check the slick mouthed noob. Now we find ourselves is this guys thread...I couldn't care less and didn't participate in the discussion that has guys running around doing Millard's bidding. Last I heard was that Millard wanted us to discuss and debate what direction to go with this. Did I miss the discussion? Short of an outright ban on SRC's posting, the meso users seemed to be OK with a SRC posting here, just not marketing here.

I agree with the "New Direction" that everyone wants to lead the forum. But it has to be agreed upon. It also has to be very clear about what is allowed and what not is allowed. Right now I don't see anything that is concrete.
And just to clarify I have read the thread regarding this "New Direction" and I do agree with most of it but it has not been put to vote and members are already trying to enforce rules that they themselves created without input from the rest of the community.
An angle that I feel is being overlooked is that many other members may not want this change to occur yet they are afraid of speaking out because they know that it is very possible they will be verbally Bitch slapped by the Vets/WKM/ etc....
I personally feel that there should be an anonymous voting system used for this decision so that every member has the ability to vote without fearing rebuke for their decision. Just my 2 cents....

That's what happened to me last night when I questioned who made the decisions and why exactly. I was told I was being selfish and endangering everyone's safety for my own selfish needs. LOL. I also suggested a vote of some sort so the majority can have a say in what happens. That was never addressed. Just swept under the carpet like it was never mentioned. Like you said some may not feel comfortable speaking up.
