hey guys hope all has been good , I got into a car crash a month ago I was passenger my right clavicle/collarbone compresses on the nerve bundle going to my shoulder and arm n is inhibiting my ability to lift wit my maximum give , even causes pain sometimes , but still I continue to workout .... I'm positive it had something to do with the seatbelt over the affected shoulder, I've gotten a MRI , X-ray and when to the chiropractor once , no relief and apparently no damage besides a lil rotator cuff tendinitis which I'm not overly worried about... how would you guys go about getting this fixed ? I can see a noticeable difference in my collarbones left to right n I believe I can fix this problem without surgery , any advice or people experiencing same things ? Is it possible to realign bones?

What do you mean realign? If the x rays and MRI showed no displacment that would indicate it is in its anatomically correct position. As for relief maybe give it some rest from the gym? Extra stretching? Shoulder dislocations with a pvc pipe for mobility work great. Is your pectoral minor tight because that can cause medial rotation of the AC joint making it look different

Looks to me at a glance that your sternocleidomastoid is guarded and extremely tight pulling your chest and shoulder up as well as your traps being tight. If you lean your head to the left to touch your ear to your shoulder is it tighter then if you lean your head to the right? Do the same but try tucking your chin into your armpit is one way tighter then the other?

Tilting my head to the right feels tighter is that what u mean ? Left looking at the photo the way it is, but actually it's to the right

Okay well either way if one way is tighter then the other there is an imbalance so you much stretch it to make both sides equal. Then I'd take time away from heavy pulls or pushes and do volume shrugs with very light weight (30+ reps) then same with lateral raises and do light rows with a static hold in the back pulling the shoulders back and down. Besides that I would find a good Physio or Chiropracter and if they say nothing's wrong and you feel there is drop them and go to someone willing to help someone get to a high level rather then what most do and that's just make you functional to the normal masses level
