I have much better, I've seen 3rd party blind testing for it and more importantly seen how embarrassingly unprofessional you've conducted yourself throughout the entire issue.

As a source, I have solved the situation with the client previous to post the lab result on this board. We refunded the cost of the lab test and replaced the product so this is how it was. He mentioned this aspect.

Second thing, we are not manufacturers... that is only one brand that we sell. The same product is sold by many other sources on this board that are official sellers for Beligas as well.

Once we'll get the new lab result for the product, we'll be able to decide, hopefully all the members interested, who acted unprofessional.

Manufacturers or not, you are responsible for what you sell. If acme sells me sour milk I'm not going after the dairy farm for a refund.

Even if you were right and it was a faulty test and not a bunk product, your actions, attitude, and interactions regarding the matter were entirely unacceptable.

The thing is that I'm a person who lives daily doing the right thing, personally and professionally, even if is not pleasant for everyone. And this situation started when the lab disagreed with my point and you have deduced that I haven't done the right thing because I disagreed with the lab, publicly.

Actually, I've considered the result because I've replaced the product and refunded the cost of the lab test for the peace of mind of our client, which I respect and this means I've done the right thing!

If you consider a failed lab test being the truth, it doesn't mean that I've "acted unprofessional" and "disrespected this community". This is your view and have nothing to do with the overall situation, so I kindly ask you to reconsider your point.

The fact is: a lab test can be failed rather than an entire batch of product.

A milky solution can't be water only, as Janoshik said, and we'll prove it with a new lab test. That's what I've said and I'll stick to it, not because I have a rigid point of view but because this is right and... obvious.
