Sooo heavy sent me a bottle of Osta Rx to try out and log my experiences so that is exactly what I am going to do. Each serving (3 capsules spread evenly throughout the day) contains 20 mg of the SARM ostarine along with some other stuff. Further info at the link below if interested.

Day 1 (Friday 9/14): had 2 tabs in case frontloading was necessary due to the supposed 24 hour half life on Friday night before i went to the gym. Obviously you don't feel something on the first day, but I had one of my best deadlifts workout in a long time.

Power cleans to warm up for deadlift. 135x5, 155x5, 185x3
Deadlifts: 225x5 (double overhand), 245x5 (double overhand), 275x3 (double overhand), 315x3 (mixed grip), 355x3, 365x3, 405x2, 435x1, 455x1
So I took old macy-pooh's advice, "pulled like a cunt", and beat my old PR by 30 pounds! Just happy about that haha
DB Hammer Curls: 40s x10, 45x8, 50s x 6
Concentric only concentration curls (sounds gay but they get my biceps fried): 30 lb DB 3x8

So I'll be continuing the osta till it's gone and go right into a 2 on/ 4 off regimen with AAS. I'm still trying to decide whether or not to use this time to lose some chub and hopefully maintain muscle with the SARM or if I should keep making strength gains (because the past couple weeks i've finally been getting in the right groove) despite definitely needing to lose some BF. I'll probably just simply eat clean and let whatever happens happen. Gained 10 pounds since school started up again but I'm sure some of that is water from creatine.
I'm 5 foot 7 and weighed 220 Sunday based on my friends scale. and if the walmart machine is right i should be 18% BF. bad i know haha

Day 4 (9/17): Shoulders and triceps.
A. Standing overhead press: 95x5, 115x3, 135x3, 155x3, 175x3, 155x5
B1. Lateral shoulder raises: 20s x10, 25s x8, 20x8
B2. Chest supported incline rear delt raises: 25s x10, 30s x10
B3. Face pulls (dont really know what #s on the plates mean haha) 3 sets of 8-10
C. Close grip incline BB press: 115x10, 135x8, 155x8
D.Voyer shrug (shrug + shoulder blades squeeze back w/ cables) 3x8
Had a sick shoulder pump. will report on soreness tomorrow. i notice when i use anabolics soreness due to training is nonexistant. sooo if SARMs bind to AR's then tomorrow I shouldn't be sore. even though i dont usually get too sore from shoulder workouts .
 
Yesterday was day 6. Saw my buddy at the gym that was also there when i was deadlifting on day 1. He happened to be doing squat too so we lifted together.
Day 6 (9/19) workout:
Squats (w/ support pins in the rack so the bar stops at slightly below parallel, pause, explode up... slow, controlled eccentric):
135x5, 185x1, 225x1, 275x1, 315x1, 335x1, 365x1, 385x1, 405x fail, 395x1, 405x fail again haha. My friend went up to 455. So he certainly pushed me.

Between sets of squats i did pullups to decompress my spine. did various amounts of reps ranging between 5 to 8.

Zercher squats (kind of like front squats but holding the bar in the crook of the elbow):
135x3, 185x1, 225x1, 255x1, 285x1, 315x1, 345x1
pretty good for my first time doing them? hella bruising from that =[

leg press: 3plates per side x 10, 4 plates x 10, 5 plates x 10, 6 plates x 8
calf raises (w/ legpress in between LP sets using the same weight as that used for LP): 15, 15, 12, 10 reps

Today I am not as sore as I would usually be after an intense workout like that which leads me to believe my recovery is somewhat enhanced... or maybe its the soft tissue work i did afterwards?

Appetite is definitely higher than normal too. later today gonna do some chest

Day 7 (9/20): Bench press 135x5, 185x5, 205x3, 225x3, 254x3, 265x3 (PR for 3 rep), 225x10 (never did that before either haha)

after bench i did some cardio because the girl that works at the gym with the most supple tits ever was chilling there so i was appreciating her beauty. then i decided to do incline DB bench. 75s x 10, 85s x8, and 90s x 5. Then i left
 
Day 11 (9/23): Deadlift and Shoulders:
Warmup: Power Snatch: 95x3, 105x2x3
Deadlift: 225x5 (double overhand), 245x3, 275x2, 315x1, 355x15x1 (mixed grip, 45 seconds rest between singles)
Standing Overhead Press: 95x3x2, 115x3, 135x1, 155x1, 175x1, 195x1 (never tried that before =P, 200x1 (new PR), 175x2, 135x5. Trying to max out on everything important (ie. standing OHP, flat bench, squat, DL) so I can start Wendler's 5/3/1 which requires me to know my 1RMs.
RDL: 145x10, 195x8, 245x8
A1.DB Lateral shoulder raises: 20s x10 (pause at top), 25s 2x8
A2. DB Rear delt raise: 25s x10, 30s x2x10
A3. Facepulls: 47.5 lbs x 10, 60x2x10
15 minutes on exercise bike 125 BPM
Foamroll quads, stretch quads, glute raises
 
Been getting some pimples lately. Been having good workouts every time i hit the gym. Which means my recovery has been good despite being sick.

Guilty as charged! haha. googled "working out while tripping" [:o)] and didn't find any feedback so I decided to see for myself and it actually heightened my mental intensity and helped me get to beast mode [}:)]. It made the weights feel lighter quite literally.

Saw the supple titted girl working in the gym on the bus as i went to class this morning... :drooling:
I need to grow some balls and talk to her instead of mentally undressing over and over again lmao
 
Just talk to her! Most hot girls know they are "intimidating" and all of them are easy to talk to. If she is a total bitch then she is a bitch. What can you do? She doesn't know you well enough to judge you.

Day 12 (9/24): did 40 min fasted cardio with 5 g BCAA and fat burner
Day 13 (9/25) today was good. Bench: 135x5, 185x5, 205x3, 225x2, 245x2, 275x2, 295x1 (PR). then i did close grip pushups with feet on bosu ball, reverse curls, hammer, 3 sets cable
 
got a sick bicep pump. might do some occlusion training on my calves since i just learned about that haha. after hitting the weights today i did 25 min or cardiio w/ HR of 115-120 BPM. what do you guys think of my approach or cardio? think itll help me?
 
Day 16 was yesterday. Weighed 223 when I checked yesterday.

Day 16 (9/29): Did a full body kind of thing yesterday.
Standing Overhead Press: 115x5. 125x5, 135x5, 145x5. Went easy on shoulders because I've been killing them lately.
Left the gym right after because I had to take care of something. Then I had some GNC Ravage pre workout haha. Went back to the gym after that.

Bench Press: 135x5, 185x5, 205x3, 225x5, 235x5. Decided to take it easy since I probably wasn't fully recovered from my last chest workout.

Back Squats with a somewhat narrow stance: 135x5, 185x5, 225x5, 275x1, 315x1, 335x1, 375x1. Was trying to max out but I was probably already tired from bench.

One armed DB rows: 65x8, 75s x8, 80s x 8
Then the gym closed and I had to leave.
The past couple weeks until a couple days ago, I was definitely in a caloric surplus, but now I've been too lazy to eat a lot so I guess I might as well maintain the strength and add some conditioning in to lose some fat and whatnot. Probably going to start 5/3/1 or Juggernaut
 
Day 17 (9/30/12):
Me and my roommate decided to push my car around and then sprint for some conditioning. So we would push my car the slightly inclined way first, rest a bit and push the car downhill. Then let the next person go. My friend puked after 1 lap lmao. I would do big strides on the more difficult way and go for speed on the way back. I did 2 laps this way. felt like my legs were gonna pop, especially since I squatted yesterday... If theres a way to gain leg size while simultaneously burning fat, Im sure sled push/ pull variations are the way to go! :D
 
Day 18 (10/1): Been getting sick(er) over the past couple of days. Went to the gym only because I was locked out of my room and my room mate was at the gym. Did some triceps and calves.
Close grip incline: 135x10, 145x10, 165x10
Standing calf machine: 8 plate things x 12, 10 plates x 10, 12 plates x 8

Day 19 (10/2): Didn't lift but I tried to lower carbs to low as possible because I want to lose some fat before doing another AAS cycle. And I've been feeling too lazy to eat a lot so I might as well lose the gut lmao. Weighed in at 220. Dont know how accurate the scale is but i have been keeping track on the same scale the whole time.
 
Day 20 (10/3): Started Jim Wendler's 5/3/1 today. Had a pretty good work out. So I had to do 3x5 with 65%, 75%, and 85% of 90% of my training max on squats (due to it being one of the four core lifts of the program). The reason for basing the workouts on 90% of your max is to ensure continual progress in the long term.
Squats: Warmup: 135x5, 185x5
220x5, 255x5, 290x6
Front squats: 135x8, 155x5
Legpress: 3plates each side for 2 sets of 15

Didn't go crazy due to being sick and in a hurry. Had a good workout anyway :D

EDIT: the reason I did 6 on the last set is because if I can do as many reps as I want on the last set of each core lift, as long as do at least as many reps as I was supposed to.

Day 21 (10/4): Today I did 5/3/1 with Shoulders.
Warmed up my shoulders by doing 2x5 with 95 pounds on pushpress, and a set of 3 with 95 on standing OHP.
Shoulders:
Standing OHP: 115x5, 135x5, 155x8 (could have only done 5 but went crazy and hit a rep record :) )
Triceps: Close grip incline press: 135x10, 155x10
Sadly, again I was in a hurry because my girlfriend wanted to see me and when I'm late, she bitches at me [:o)] .
P.S. I'm always late.
