Osta Rx log

So today is day 25! So far I love the Osta Rx. This morning, I saw one of my friends that I haven't seen in a while at the dining hall. He's 21 now and has been going to the gym CONSISTENTLY since he was 13 or 14, disregarding injuries from football and skateboarding. Today he said, "Steve, you look like you lost some fat. In a good way. And you're looking more muscular. Good job." Big confidence boost to hear as I trust his opinion, due to the fact that he's lean, natural, and weighs 200 lb at a height of 5' 8'. I want him to juice so bad, but he said he never would :( . Almost made me feel guilty for the compliment... but SARMs aren't juice, but are they "cheating"? [:o)]
I'm going to be doing chest right after I get out of this damn class!!! No girlfriend to see, I'm not feeling sick, no excuse not to go crazy!
Going to be doing 3x5 with 175, 200, and 230. I want to get 230 for 7 or 8 today.

So today I completed my workout as described above, but on the last set of bench I did 230 for 10 instead of 5. So it looks like I broke my little acid PR [:o)]
After I did 2 sets of DB inclines, 2x10 w/ 65s and 75s. Was pretty shot from going all out on flat bench. Between my first 2 work sets of bench, I did sets of 5 pullups with a wide, neutral grip. Before my last set, I did a set of 10 of face-pulls to get my upper back and rear delts activated to get the most out of bench. After completing flat and inclines I did 3 more sets of 5 pullups, and more back and biceps as well.
1 arm DB rows: 65x10, 75x8, 80x6. Made an attempt to hold for a second at the most contracted point of the movement.
Pulldowns: 120x12, 140x10, 160x6, 140x8
DB Pullovers: 30x15 (tried going deeper with each rep), 40x10 (went too deep and almost tweeked my left shoulder :( )
Cable curls w/ both partial reps and full reps
1 arm concentration DB curls (Concentric only): 30x8x2, 30x6

Got an amazing pump and was even feeling some cramping later in the day. Looking to finish my last week of Osta nice and strong!
 
Day 27 (10/10): deadlifts 5/3/1
Warmed up with kettlebell swings. 53lb x 10, 2 35s for 10, and then 2 53s for 6. Then I did deadlifts 270x5, 310x5, and 355x6 so I got an extra rep on the last set. For assistance I did leg press 4x10 with 4 plates each side, 5 plates, 5 plates and a 25, and 6 plates
 
Been a little lazy lately with regard to posting. So time to catch up...
Day 28 (10/11): Overhead Pressing day!
Warmed up with 95 for 2 sets of 3 pushpress and 115 for 3 standing overhead press
Standing OHP: 125x3 (70% of "training max", 145x3 (80%), 165x6 (approx. 90%)
Stopped the last set with 1 rep in the tank.
for my "support work" I did supersets of:
A1. Side-lateral Shoulder raises: 3x10 w/ 20s, 25s, 25s
A2.Chest supported rear delt raises: 25s x10, 30s x 8, 6
A3. Facepulls: 47.5lb x8, 8, 6
Crazy shoulder pump again. after i was done i saw 2 of my buddies walk in. One of them I mentioned earlier thats a natural 200 lbs and the other started a cycle of test @ 500 mg. He said I was lookin big :cool:
 
Day 30 (10/13): did some squats. Had a good workout. Warmed up with power snatches: 95x3, 115 2x3
Squats: 185x5, 235x3, 270x3, 305x7...a PR for me ..
And then I murdered my calves . Did seated calf raises for sets of 8 to 15. Don't remember what weights but my calves are wimpy haha. Got a sick pump and I'm still sore 2 days later
 
I must have missed doses in the last couple days because I had enough to take 2 caps on Sunday and one yesterday (Monday) before my workout.
Day 32 (10/15): 5/3/1 bench press. This was my second week so sets of 3 with 70, 80, 90% of training max.
Warmed up w/ 2x5 overhead press and 1 set of 5 with 155 on Bench
Bench press: 190x3, 215x3, 242.5x6. Could have done another rep most likely.
Incline DB press: 3x10 w/ 65s, 70s, 75s and a set of 6 with 85s.
A1. Close grip pushups w/ feet elevated on Bosu ball 3x12
A2. Hammer curls: 3x8 w/ 40s, 45s, 45s
Then I did some chest supported bicep rows. 3x8 with 45s. Read about chest supported bicep rows from Chad Waterbury. Later I'll give my overall opinion on my osta rx run...

So what is your opinion overall?

I was thinking of getting this but I`m worried it might suppress me.
