That’s pretty weird sir , please email me the tracking number so I can check the status immediately, usps is well known for messing with packages by sorting it wrong , sending to different state etc

Maybe we had a holiday Columbus Day. and maybe the postal services weren't working

I'll wait until the evening and if nothing changes then I'll think about how to get out of this situation.

Hi everyone due to tremendous response towards 15% off sale I’m extending it till November 1 :-) ,

Please email us for price list / catalogue

As far as signature concerns new carrier we are using requires signature , some carriers ask for signature and some don’t recently a package of my customer was out for delivery but he was not home so usps left notice to collect it from post office now he want me to reship as he don’t want to collect it from post office ,

I would like to clear that pct24x7 won’t be liable for reship if package was undeliverable due to absence of receiver at home in any manner .

Thanks & regards

It seems being home may not matter..

Was home all day, and outside as well, leading up to the time of getting an alert, that nobody was home to sign for delivery. Nobody came by, though.

"a notice was left because an authorized recipient was not available"

No notice left, either.

Just a heads up for anyone ordering in the future.

Edit: I am signed up for Informed Delivery and have my signature on file with USPS.

I signed up for the electronic signature through USPS informed delivery and that eliminated the issue

My mail lady doesn't leave packs either even with informed delivery. Also the ones out here are real lazy. If they can't slip it in the communal mail boxes they'll mark it as undeliverable and make you go pick it up at the post office

I was reading the frequently asked questions about the usps online signature. Apparently you have to catch the package before it arrives at the station. Then you click on it when you see it's on the way. Then you have to apply your electronic signature to the package. If it lands at the station and it's at the station you're not allowed to add the signature. So you have to do it when it's on the way. I'm going to try that next time I had this issue also. It also says after you add the signature before it arrives when you can see it in your inform delivery.. that the mail carrier will see on his scanner that signature is not needed since you already added it but there's no way the carrier will know your signature is on file... unless you do this.
