I'm just trying to start a discussion on what PCT you were most successful.
On which you had problems and which was the most pleasent one.

HCG, HMG, Nolvadex, and clomid (or enclomiphene)

Nolvadex - 20/40mg for 6-8 weeks
Clomid - 50/100mg for 6-8 weeks

I'll let someone else chime in on the HCG and HMG dosing, as i don't particularly remember the protocol I used, but they're both very beneficial in addition to the SERMS

for anyone who is taking this journey seriously / trying to get really big - don't pct - just do blast and cruise/trt phases - no need to get off and take cancer medications.

Can you briefly describe the approach of like 1 year? Would you do something like 20 week bulk, then TRT (cruise) for a couple months, 16 week cut/contest prep (heavy use), then cruise again? If I wanted to keep fertility, would I maybe PCT once a year after the cut and go completely off for a month or 2?

Do you use HCG year round (except if I was off)?

Yea just commit to injecting something for the rest of your life that will almost certainly complicate your health within 5-10 years. Then become a Disgruntled American Patient that perpetually bitches about the healthcare system not covering for your own personal fuckup for free.

Or pct every now and then and make massive leaps in preserving your health, as shown by studies that demonstrated significant therapeutic value from even 1-2 months of cessation.

Wait and see:

Did 4 weeks of hCG (500 IU twice weekly) then waited another 8 weeks. Total Time off TRT 12 weeks.

Kitchen sink (from Defy):

Discontinue testosterone/AAS

Start 300 IU hCG daily for 2 weeks (I like 4 weeks better to account for approx. 4 half lives of many injectables)

Stop hCG, start 25 mg enclomiphene daily for 6 weeks

0.125 mg anastrozole three times per week during both hCG and enclomiphene phases.

Stop everything, followup labs with CBC, TT, FT E2, LH, SHBG, PRL

Both of you have valid points and neither one is right or wrong. However, if done safely and without much abuse of steroids (safe meaning actually not exceeding trt amounts or slightly over on a cruise) then perhaps health can be preserved or at least damage minimized.

But I have to agree with @Mishka1903 too, he's right you won't progress that much as someone who's blasting and cruising. It's a fact, after 1-2 cycles coming off eventually you will spin your wheels. Assuming you were not dyel before hopping on.

We also have to remember that average american or whatever is overweight and his lifestyle let alone diet is horrible for optimized health, so comparison is not really possible here.

Bottom line is don't abuse shit and you will probably make it.

So which one is really "healthier" long term, blast and cruise with 1-2 months per year off (i would assume pct during this phase) or just do pct after every blast? Or just don't pct at all until I retire from the sport.

My main concern is fertility - HCG year round?

Depends on how much you want it. I think best is blast and then trt. Constantly cycling and pct'ing will eventually lead to trt anyway. If you only want to casually cycle once a year then maybe.

If you want to be off of everything for a few months to give yourself some rest then pct drugs are not necessary and perhaps even better off avoided.

Hcg is proven to work most of the time, granted not everyone loses fertility, but sperm count might decrease which - may or may not lead to infertility. Good thing is it's all reversible if you were fertile to begin with. I don't believe everyone who lives bnc lifestyle is infertile. I have not done any tests myself, but in the future I will. It's 50/50 at best and with hcg you have a higher chance of course.

To really answer your question is not in my power, only you can weigh in the risks and benefits and then decide.

I made my choice, I tried coming off thrice now and it didn't work, I don't like being normal or natural anymore. I love Testosterone and as long as my health and body allows me to, I will use it, but I won't abuse it. I just like being enhanced, but also I learned a lot during my journey to control myself and think things over before doing.
