The goal is not to repair any reputation here its to only make things right and complete orders that is it.

Firstly, a professional does not act out in front of customers, current or future.
Contain yourself and handle yourself with grace. Brutus is my friend, I understand what he is doing and why he is pissed. Let him make personal attacks. You are truly letting him defeat you PUBLICLY by replying with ludicrous personal attacks. What professional business person calls a member a chomo on a PUBLIC thread. Love it or hate it, Brutus is one of us. This community is strong because we stand together and do what we can to protect each other. Sources come and go.
Imagine if other businesses behaved this way with the occasional disgruntled customer! Ha! They'd be on the news.
If you want a glimpse into how a professional handles issues, check out Darius or 24K. Love them or not, they handle ALL issues with grace. That goes a long way.
Darius I know has messed up orders.... But God dammit you better believe he has made it right to every member I have seen.
Also, take my comments for what you will. I train people daily in my career how to handle their actions with clients etc.
I have dealt with thousands of companies. None of the successful companies I have ever witnessed would ever treat a person like this in front of customers, ever. I'm not sure where you "learned" about customer appreciation or PR, but you really ought to reevaluate. I do believe the original PCT person here was reasonable. You sir, are not.

He didn't need a rep to complete orders or make things right. He just had to keep his word and in my case protect my personal information.

Ok guys I received a letter saying customs are enjoying their free gear
So a few things
He did in fact send a pack
It did contain the right amount of items
The list on the letter didn't match what I ordered
No second pack that was supposidely sent with the freebies to make up for the trouble has no tracking or forther info for this so not expecting that to show

Ive had many proud moments as a member of Meso. But none as proud as this week. I have had NUMEROUS members PM ME about PCT-Shop and ask about ordering. After having a talk they all agreed it would be best to take their business elsewhere.

but the question is, WHY do people even consider ordering from a source that has ANY drama. the members here do an incredible job vetting sources and running labwork, and Millard has set up anaboliclab.com to help verify sources. Yet people order from every fucking idiot that posts that they are selling gear

Frank will sometimes engage in a few battles, but Darius has ALWAYS been professional. I cannot imagine why any source would want to act this way publicly.

Bummer, PCT actually did have good pharma products. The original guy was decent enough to deal with. This retard is a joke. Luckily for us, this is a buyers' market and there will be someone cheaper with the same shit.
