PCT started today. Taking half in morning and half in the evening.

My cycle was 525 mg of Test prop weekly. No other compounds were used and my cycle lasted 13 weeks. So it was mild. This was my first cycle of my life.

Today I took 25 mg of Clomid first thing in the morning. I also took 10 mg of Nolva.

Today when I get home after work I will take another 25 mg of Clomid and 10 mg of Nolva.

Do you guys split up your dosages as well during the day?

Personally I don't split the doses but as long as you don't forget your aft/eve dose it won't hurt.

Did you mean 20 of nolva or are you only taking 20 a day?
