If you're USA, arrival before mid-Feb should be no problem. Or maybe I got lucky.

Just emailed support, said order was marked as “shipped” without even checking the tracking number status, not happy with how this is going…

@PCTZONE.RU, is there a reason our packages have not been shipped out yet? New year demand?

Probably gave you the UAE to US tracking number, it's gotta travel from India to the UAE first.

Word, but I thought certain products werent shipped w UAE (such as zopiclone etc).

Is there a way to know if a tracking number is UAE based on its format? Looks like the same format from previous orders.

Well if placed over a week ago... 3 to 4 days processing then send to delivery people.
Then Saturday and Sunday they don't likely work.
Today would be day 2 for you, my best guess

Typical Timeline

*Weekdays order placed 5 working days 2 days weekend total 7 days,
(Sent to fright house, tracking number made)
*Freight house - 1 to 3 days
Product shows moving now

*moving still, lands into said country (7 days) hits customs - 1 to 30 days

* sent to customers address 1 to 14 days

Well there's a time line of how things can go, by sending allot of messages on when delivery will be, will only cause you anxiety.
Always order enough so you have supplies on hand.
