Perrin Aybara's Journey to an Elite Powerlifting Total

Thats your best bet is discounted, open box, or refurbished. Or on craigslist when someone gets a better one. Also if you dont use stuff there are cheaper options. Like my new dec had no cd player, because I havent listened to a cd in years. Does have a record player though

I've never upgraded past CDs. My car is double DIN, but only certain double DINs. I don't care for the look of single DIN made to fit either.

I can't spend too much, I've got my Nova back in the shop for some minor things. Plus if there's ever a week of dry weather I might actually be able to finish moving and that'll cost. Plus I'm running low on gear. I wish I had real life cheats enabled for unlimited income. I don't know, just really been wanting to be able to jam out in the car lately.

Get a bluetooth enabled set so you can merely pair your phone with the device and you will then be able to stream your music wirelessly.

I hear you...money got tight for me as I just got prequalified for a mortgage again after losing a lot (including my house) in the 2008 market crash. Looking to buy a condo.

Yes, that's a must have. I used to be big into mobile audio back when I was making a ton of money, so I'm picky about what I'll buy. I just can't afford to drop $5k on one like I would have back in the day.

Cpap saved my life, I used to get so tired I would fall asleep at work. This was when I was a special ed para and was responsible for the kids... bad news. I've lost 70 lbs since I first was diagnosed with apnea but I'm scared to try to sleep without it so I don't. Lol.

I stop breathing all the time. Wake up choking. Sometimes I throw up. But my Bipap makes it hard to drink water, so nope.

lol I just throw my mask off, drink, then put it back on. It's become a habit. I remember Thor first two months were miserable though. Felt like the mask was suffocating me and I always woke up with it off my face.

214lbs :eek::eek::eek::oops:

Comp squat 410x3, 450x3, 410x3, 410x3, 410x3, 410x3
Skipped block pulls to deload
Bulgarian split squats 190lbs for 5x7

Great workout. 460x3 is my PR on raw squat and looking at the video I could've done that and more today. After deadlift on Tuesday i decided to take today off block pulls. Volume PR on the split squats, too.

Sucks the weight is still going down so fast. Took my ex out to eat at a fancy burger joint last night and had a giant burger and chilli fries and on the way home this morning I just got McDonald's for breakfast because I was short on time.

I'm feeling good about training though. Seems bench and squat are at all time highs and deadlift was until this week. On the bright side of the weight loss strength isn't affected and I'm leaner, plus leaves more room to bulk next cycle.

217lbs

Comp deadlift 530x5, 530x4 failed on 5
Double paused bench 275 for 5x5

Shitty session. Keep missing reps on deadlift left and right lately. Can't be honest with RPE and it's screwing me. Next week is my heavy triple and I'm just going to go light with 565x3 and kind of restart a little on deadlift in the weeks to follow.

I think that's a solid move. Drop everything down a touch and work your way back up week to week. Maybe try making the million doubles day super light and easy. I think with me doing this percentage vs RPE that has helped. It almost is like a deload for that lift on that day.

RPE works better for me on a blast because my numbers are constantly going up. On cruise it's not always the case and i still try chasing numbers.
