Perrin Aybara's Journey to an Elite Powerlifting Total

Got a hand me down fitbit today. Gonna sleep in it and see where my heart rate is while I'm sleeping. I've been lying in bed awhile and it's high 80's right now.

Don't pay attention to it lol... I thought mine was high too but when I had my sleep study done I found out it was actually pretty normal... Right up until I stop breathing in my sleep anyways, heart rate gets a little wonky then.

I play with my wife's occasionally.lol I drop down in the low 60s when I'm asleep and hit rem like 10min in.lol pisses her off.

I'm just curious where mine is at night since it runs so high. I fall sleep quickly, but wake up a lot.

I just meant try to keep your mind off of it... I really think we make our pulse and blood pressure run higher by being concerned about it. My blood pressure always runs lower at home when I'm calm, pulse gets faster every time I try taking it too.

It's good your proactive about it though.

Sounds like you got the apnea. Welcome to the club.

Yeah, been a few months now I guess. Not a fun time. Still trying to get used to everything... Not having the best of luck.

But, it's good to know I'm not basically dying in my sleep every night. My study statistics were... Concerning.

Yeah man. High is 30 incidents an hour, mine was 127. 127 times I stop breathing. I would get 0 minutes of REM. Got the BiPap and quit it. Now I just take pills. Won't help me live, but I'm comfortable.

It's probably for the best. 220-230lbs is as big as I care to be at my height. I'm pretty much there, so only way to go is leaner.

Youre about 6 ft? Im at 215 now, mostly because I stopped counting cals and probably was at about 2 - 3k daily. Planning on 230 to 235ish and just maintaining. Still trying to figure out how I want to train going forward though.

Damn guys that sucks. I've never had sleep issues even when I was fat and 280lbs+....well I don't guess I have wife's a light sleeper and she never said anything about me kickin the bucket during the night.o_O
