Perrin Aybara's Journey to an Elite Powerlifting Total

Getting thick bro! What's the heaviest you've been yet?

I was around 237lbs at the end of my first cycle, but I was pretty fat then. My body composition is way different now, although I'm getting a little fluffy. Nothing a brief cut won't fix though. I was pretty lean and vascular at 205-210lbs earlier this year and I'd like to get around that BF% at 220lbs in the near future. Probably get up around 235lbs and then cut back down.

226lbs

One arm dumbbell overhead press 80lbs for 5x5

Barbell hip raises with axle bar 265lbs for 5x10

Farmer's walks with dumbbells the length of the gym and back. 100's, 110's and 130lbs

Suitcase holds 88lbs for 35 seconds each side, 3 sets

Chin ups 15, 15, 10

Adductors and abductors with bands 3x20

From here out I'm using straps for farmer's walks. Even with such light weight the dumbbells wreck my hands for some reason. Not like grip is an issue anyway. I'm pretty sure my grip as it is now is more than I'll ever deadlift from the floor anyway.

Thats more for like soreness isn't it? The okeefs is more for like dry and cracked skin and stuff.
Yes, and I should try the Okeefe stuff if I can find it at the drugstore near me.

The Vaseline Intensive Rescue works for my dry deadlifting hands.
