I'm kinda worried at this point. 2 seizures back to back, I don't just worry about my shit not getting to me anymore .......but that customs is gonna contact law enforcement and do like a controlled delivery or some shit. I have received 2 letters already from them, and idk, a third time.might be a killer. That's why I haven't pushed the issue that hard. Just wanted to say like hey, got 2 orders seized twice and I'm out 650$.

Hey man, I don’t want to downplay your situation bc I’ve been there. I had 5, yes 5 packs seized from the China warehouse in the span of two years. I’ve been in your shows. Trust me you’re fine. Feds go after big fish and no offense, $650 worth of gear ain’t even a blip on their radar.

Also worth noting, each and every time Frank made it right. It may take a while but you will get your gear man. He’s a busy dude so keep on him.

For some reason, we still get many e-mails with questions, where to buy. People contact us from that site through the contacts page and do not see this link...It`s still a riddle for me.
In any case, even if you order not from us directly, always check, how products look visually and check verification codes!

If our site says that code is genuine, but it was checked before several times (it will say exact number, e.g. this code was checked 6 times before), this is a reason to get worried. Most probably it means someone ordered an item and copied the same code for multiple products. At normal circumstances our site should say: this code was checked 0 times before.
If you order from basicstero.ws you do not even need to check codes. We are manufacturer and just physically can not have fakes.
If you checked your code and it says fake, don`t panic. From time to time customers mix up some symbols like 0 (zero) and O letter or I and l and 1, etc. Just contact us and send the photo of the code, if you can not verify it.
 
Still no update on tracking it’s been almost 2 weeks since order and did it through domestic warehouse. Like pulling teeth to get an answer still no clear info on the order. I’m sure it will be fixed but talking through email and not getting much in responses is frustrating.

i'm sorry guys, but if it takes that long, i must demand that you change the name to intermestic or domnational. i'm sure you guys get hammered with business, but paying the inflated price of domestic to get your pack in what looks like will be at least 3 weeks or possibly longer is a bit much, wouldn't you say?

Yeah, i know, i know, there's no customs involved, packs are guaranteed, so on and so forth. But for a similar price, one could hit up someone like DrugsGear or whatever his name is and have their shit on their doorstep in less than 5 days.

Of course, this could be a rare instance and i don't know any better... But i already typed it all out, so i'm not deleting it. :D

1) I see ONE guy here with such a complaint every 6 months or so -- not like it is common; so maybe it is something specific to that order, payment, circumstances etc.

Honestly, I am on a lot of boards and at most I see such a complaint maybe 3 times a year. Of Thousands of customers, I really don't think there can be any generalization regarding "if it takes that long" since it usually does not take that long. From what I see from customer feedback, domestic T/A is usually with the same business week that payment was successfully collected. My guess is these rare delays come from a payment, stock, or some specific issue (happen in ANY business including where each each and every one of you work too -- and with other very good source, there are occasional delays).

The main thing, it sounds like he is in email correspondence with customer service and we all KNOW in the end, he will get what he paid for without question. I can not comment on why there is a delay for his specific order; but on behalf of Frank, I apologize for the inconvenience.

2) Regarding prices and other sources -- it is a free market and one's money of good anywhere.
But I do not think he will get genuine Pharmacom brand products ate those other sites (I do not know though, maybe they have some).
You get what you pay for and sometimes it is worth a wait.
Look , I can go to teh bar tonight and pick up a fat ugly low-class chick and get laid...but do I want that chick? Maybe I rather have a awesome hot chick with a great personality and real relationship...but she might cost me a lot more on real dates and my own patients.
To each his or her own, but I pick quality over cheap and fast everytime :)

I do not know any specifics regarding your order (I am a consultant and can only see what customers can see -- I have no authority or special access to the website, accounts, order, tracking, of personal details).

But I assume by your posts that you already have contacted customer service via the "contact us" page on the basicstero site.
OR maybe @Pharmacom Helper can assist you and bring attention to your issue.

If you have already exhausted these means of communication, please PM me your order number (no other details , no personal info, no dates, no locations, I do not want anything but order number so that we all stay anonymous), and next time I see Frank or his assistant online, I will bring more attention to your need as well.

I get like one reply a day lol. And it seems as though I’m talking to a different person every time. Would help if I had a direct email to someone that could get this figured out.

The form on this "Contact us" page is the best and most efficient way to get in contact with someone that can handle order issues (not the consultant/doctor email address on the page; I mean the form that can be filled out with order number etc):

That’s what I have been using. I just sent order number and reason for the order being problematic.

The issues was a mistake on the source's end regarding inventory/stock (warehouse had an inventory mistake). I can see how this caused the confusion and delay. They are used to getting the automated order and pack what is listed but what is listed in the order was not in stock at that time. A substitution was agreed upon between the customer and source, but is causing confusion somewhere in the chain of communications.
Very unique/rare case and my apology on the source's behalf.
As soon as I can catch Frank available, I will explain this all to him and ask him to help.
again, sorry for the inconvenience and delay but I assure you it will be sorted out and all made whole.

Yup that all sounds about right. It’s no problem just would like an update and hopefully gets resolved quickly.
 
Sir, I already had sent your tracking number, please be a patient, you here not only one, who want to get big:D

Read the conversation between me and RTHoads. I was sent that tracking number on the 17th. Still has not been delivered to the postal service. Check PM.

So in summary, so everyone that has been reading along can relax and not worry:
1)
original order was made but a specific item was not available so the order was delayed.
2) customer made the choice for a different item that was available.
3) pack was sent out and tracking provided.
4) tracking failed to update (it has now been a few days since first tracking step) and we all assume pack is lost (NOT seized, but lost by the postal service).
5) A new replacement is being sent.

I just finished talking to Frank.
He explained that he has been in communication with @DavidW23 and the new pack (with the substituted item of the customer's choice) was already shipped and tracking provided.
However, the postal service must have lost the pack because we see no updates.
I am told this was explained yesterday and that another new replacement pack is being sent.

ok, it is very late here -- I stayed up to catch the EU time zones.

I hope that helps and everyone can be at ease knowing without a doubt Basicstero does communicate and more importantly makes things right.

just know, another new pack will be sent @DavidW23 to replace the one that got lost in the mail.
Who knows, maybe you get lucky and the original pack will also show up after some time -- I have had that happen myself.
