I'm kinda worried at this point. 2 seizures back to back, I don't just worry about my shit not getting to me anymore .......but that customs is gonna contact law enforcement and do like a controlled delivery or some shit. I have received 2 letters already from them, and idk, a third time.might be a killer. That's why I haven't pushed the issue that hard. Just wanted to say like hey, got 2 orders seized twice and I'm out 650$.

Still no update on tracking it’s been almost 2 weeks since order and did it through domestic warehouse. Like pulling teeth to get an answer still no clear info on the order. I’m sure it will be fixed but talking through email and not getting much in responses is frustrating.
i'm sorry guys, but if it takes that long, i must demand that you change the name to intermestic or domnational. i'm sure you guys get hammered with business, but paying the inflated price of domestic to get your pack in what looks like will be at least 3 weeks or possibly longer is a bit much, wouldn't you say?
Yeah, i know, i know, there's no customs involved, packs are guaranteed, so on and so forth. But for a similar price, one could hit up someone like DrugsGear or whatever his name is and have their shit on their doorstep in less than 5 days.
Of course, this could be a rare instance and i don't know any better... But i already typed it all out, so i'm not deleting it.

That’s what I have been using. I just sent order number and reason for the order being problematic.The form on this "Contact us" page is the best and most efficient way to get in contact with someone that can handle order issues (not the consultant/doctor email address on the page; I mean the form that can be filled out with order number etc):

I hear ya, but two points:
1) I see ONE guy here with such a complaint every 6 months or so -- not like it is common; so maybe it is something specific to that order, payment, circumstances etc.
Honestly, I am on a lot of boards and at most I see such a complaint maybe 3 times a year. Of Thousands of customers, I really don't think there can be any generalization regarding "if it takes that long" since it usually does not take that long. From what I see from customer feedback, domestic T/A is usually with the same business week that payment was successfully collected. My guess is these rare delays come from a payment, stock, or some specific issue (happen in ANY business including where each each and every one of you work too -- and with other very good source, there are occasional delays).
The main thing, it sounds like he is in email correspondence with customer service and we all KNOW in the end, he will get what he paid for without question. I can not comment on why there is a delay for his specific order; but on behalf of Frank, I apologize for the inconvenience.
2) Regarding prices and other sources -- it is a free market and one's money of good anywhere.
But I do not think he will get genuine Pharmacom brand products ate those other sites (I do not know though, maybe they have some).
You get what you pay for and sometimes it is worth a wait.
Look , I can go to teh bar tonight and pick up a fat ugly low-class chick and get laid...but do I want that chick? Maybe I rather have a awesome hot chick with a great personality and real relationship...but she might cost me a lot more on real dates and my own patients.
To each his or her own, but I pick quality over cheap and fast everytime

I do not know any specifics regarding your order (I am a consultant and can only see what customers can see -- I have no authority or special access to the website, accounts, order, tracking, of personal details).
But I assume by your posts that you already have contacted customer service via the "contact us" page on the basicstero site.
OR maybe @Pharmacom Helper can assist you and bring attention to your issue.
If you have already exhausted these means of communication, please PM me your order number (no other details , no personal info, no dates, no locations, I do not want anything but order number so that we all stay anonymous), and next time I see Frank or his assistant online, I will bring more attention to your need as well.

The issues was a mistake on the source's end regarding inventory/stock (warehouse had an inventory mistake). I can see how this caused the confusion and delay. They are used to getting the automated order and pack what is listed but what is listed in the order was not in stock at that time. A substitution was agreed upon between the customer and source, but is causing confusion somewhere in the chain of communications.
Very unique/rare case and my apology on the source's behalf.
As soon as I can catch Frank available, I will explain this all to him and ask him to help.
