Got new tracking number sent to me and package has already reached postal service. I was also given an item worth $44 more than the previous one which was out of stock. So far so good!

Yea that would be great but unlikely. Either way though thanks for the help. As soon as you let me know what was going on I got an email with new tracking number and confirmation that the issue was fixed.

i was on the fence when RT began working for Pcom. But, it was clearly a good move. He's making shit happen for their customers. Definitely can't complain about that.

ok, it is very late here -- I stayed up to catch the EU time zones.

I hope that helps and everyone can be at ease knowing without a doubt Basicstero does communicate and more importantly makes things right.

just know, another new pack will be sent @DavidW23 to replace the one that got lost in the mail.
Who knows, maybe you get lucky and the original pack will also show up after some time -- I have had that happen myself.

I remember once when my original pack showed up.
6-8 months past my seized date I got a pack and was thinking wtf is this. It was even opened and inspected by customs. I think someone fucked up and sent it to me by mistake.

But I mean happy....

Every problem I've had Pcom has gone above and beyond to fix...
Email contact sometimes can take a day but it always works out.

U know what, fuck basic once and for all. I got in touch with them through the "contact us method". They tell me.

"Hi, as per conditions all orders are reshipped always from the same warehouse. We can not afford reshipping from Europe. Everyone is asking for it. We reship it from China. "

I've already had the shit seized two fucking times. I thought since PHARMACOM here on meso messaged me about working something out... That it would be a more productive solution than sending it from the same China warehouse where it got seized before. Like I will pay extra shipping or something.. I'll pay to have it shipped from Europe, I just want the gear to get here. I'm pretty sure that they keep seeing my name pop up at customs with shit from China, it's like how many times is this guy gonna try to get stuff past us, and they are just going to keep taking it. They don't even have to test shit, they just see the same package from the same place to the same person... Lol.
THEN I got two emails from them listing 2 totally different available items in the super stealth form. So I didn't know what was available or not. LMAO.

I'm offering to pay additional costs of getting it shipped from Europe and I get this..

Hi, as per conditions all orders are reshipped always from the same warehouse. We can not afford reshipping from Europe. Everyone is asking for it. We reship it from China.

They aren't making it right man. Just teyitr to repeat the same thing over and over expecting a different result, instead of wormwor with me. I have already attempted getting it sent to a different address in another state and I can't get a package from China man. They got me twice back to back.

it was most probably reply from an yet not enough experienced support member who had no notion about your situation. we fix it, calm down man.
P.S. i checked your orders. You say "got 2 orders seized twice".
However, both orders were reshipped in 2 packages each and as per tracking number as per one package from each order was delivered successfully. How come you don`t even mentioned this on board?I checked latest posts and do not see it at least. Apologies,if I am wrong.

I did mention this, i said i received the all my orals. I said i jsut did not receive any of my Liquid supplies. Which was the majority of my order. The only items i received were the free items i added in the promotion, all oral. The problem is that all of my PAID items were my necessity, and all of the promotion were extra items i do not care much for. I really needed the testosterone, and the nandrolone, and trenbolone. All i got was winny, var, and anaztrazole. These items are good, but they are items to complete my cycle, I can not run a cycle with those items alone. I needed the liquid items more than the pill items. That is why i made the orals as the free promo items, and the liquid items as the paid

In one of my first posts pages and pages back, when i first came to the boards with the issue, i said

"Lol. Out of everything though some stuff did arrive.. like a pack or VAR and a pack of Winny and a blister of Anastrazole. So I guess the orals made it passed on the reship."""

I only came to boards after i was not getting any help from the customer service members. I was trying to explain the situation, and they were not understanding. Also i got the 5ml satchets list of items, emailed 2x in jsut a few hours, and the items i need are available in one email, and in another not available. so i could not work it out with them in email. That is the only reason i brought it to boards.

but yes, i received all orals from my order. They all arrived. Nothing liquid. and funny but on the reship, and the second package that arrived from the reship, was identical shipment...all orals more var, and winny, and anaztrazole. All the rest of the order got taken twice.

In some cases, they are much more expensive (a near 50% price increase on basicstero). I'd really like to buy all my gear from basicstero as it's easier in one order but the prices are odd. Is there a price match? Again, I checked on the pharmacom site and the resellers offering cheaper prices are legit but they are much small that the Basicstero warehouse. Even with a 5% discount over 500, it's still cheaper to buy elsewhere. Thanks for the answer in advance!

Our prices at international EU-based warehouse were decreased. Earlier prices were in EUR by default and were higher.
I suppose you are talking about US domestic prices. But this is US-based DOMESTIC warehouse, which means orders are shipped from within the USA and do not go through custom control. You get fast and secure delivery with no risks at all! Seizures are generally not possible with domestic warehouse.
Obviously it has higher prices. Our people will not risk they freedom sending the goods for free. Nobody force you to order from domestic warehouse. You can easily order from international warehouse. It has best prices and nobody can offer lower ones.
Finally, international EU-based warehouse has a great promotion running till 15th of March.
We are providing freebies as following:
