Just a simple question because i feel like we turning around it...

I ordered the 8 we are the 20 and i still have no tracking numbers, when i i will have it please ? A day ? A week ? A month ? Because saying we will have it when the package will be send dosnt say when it will be. I like Pharmacom because this is the best gear you can find out of a pharmacy and i was liking that you was delivering fast when order was by bitcoin but this last months was difficult with that guys.

Please give us a real answer for this question .

Read about a guy who laughed at a guy who read about a guy who took a shit and another guy who placed an order. Didnt give a shit, because; I PLACED AN OREDER FEB. 7TH. STILL NOT RECIEVED. MESSAGED PHARMACOM SUPPORT. NO RESPONSE. TRACKING NOT UPDATED SINCE FEB.24TH.
 
IF/when you contact support, check your email spam folder for replies in case the reply was filtered as spam.
I have seen many times where a reply was later found in the spam email folder.
Maybe not always the case, but I am just mentioning it in case it helps some of you :)

The track is issued no earlier than a week after the actual shipment.

Took 3 weeks for tracking number to post to the order on the basicstero website, about the time I was told for it to take to pass through the country's customs. Then you should be able to track from there.

I will explain some details in case some others read this and are confused about the difference between PMs and email:
Boards such as this (MESO) are independent websites not associated with the sources. So the PM system (internal to the discussion board) really has zero to do with the source and not linked in any way to sources'/labs'/companies' emails for customer service etc.
It is always better to directly communicate with a source via email regarding private info such as orders. Also, be careful because anyone can send you a PM and make any claim (lots of scammer claim to be affiliated with a source for instance).
However, a reply to an email to the source's correct email address (you initiated communication) is much more likely to be the actual source.
Basicstero's "Contact Us" form on the Basicstero website sends an email to their customer service which would in turn be replied to via email.

Not tryna burn anyone's britches but I feel I owe honesty to the community. Basic has great product, great communication and they always try to correct any mistakes on their part. With that said I'm not buying from you again until you get your shit together and I see some pattern of change. I understand we're engaged in illegal activity here. Losing me isn't going to put a dent in your business and I guess you gotta do whatever it takes to keep the cash flow rolling, but I'm sick of the flat out lies.
Seizures are still happening, so you can stop telling people about your %100 percent success rate. I also find it interesting you extended the promo when me and other people on this board never received our promo items originally and were offered store credit instead because of the " confusion due to the warehouse switch". Yea, that's all good and well. It only means another order would have to be placed to get my product while basic keeps getting paid more and more. I almost respect the con.
Also, when I get confirmation that an order has been SHIPPED then receive tracking numbers eleven days later only to have the track info say the origin country has just accepted the package... That's not for your safety... That's you stringing me along.
Whatever explanations you have to offer are moot. Its the same old shit. If y'all are such a big successful competent company then you'll fix this. The lies are unnecessary. We all know what we are getting into when we do this but you present yourself as having a smoother operation than the rest of them and its simply not true.
FWIW, I think all of our time is limited in the way that we've been doing things and I think sources don't want to mention this. Politics... Laws... International relations... Changing state of the world. I think were gonna see a lot of people cashing out with the rest of us holding our atrophied nuts scrambling to find a trt Dr.
 
And I just received the same email today from basic that I got four days ago... Yea thanks for reminding me that my package is still in Europe three weeks after you said it was shipped. Lay off the crack basic.

Yeah I had to reorder because my promo items were left out
The pack they were supposed to be in made it. However the pack with the promos is stuck in ISC or customs. I realize if seized I get a reship but no promo items, which should have been in the pack that made it. FML
