Seems like we are all getting the same answers.. well I haven’t been answered back the second time yet, but ya I ordered the 7th and said it was shipped the 8th. Asked about it a week and half or so ago and was told they would get back with me.. still haven’t.

Lookit, is pharmacom/basic worth fucking with? Absolutely. Can you expect the same nonsense from them that you would get from any other source despite their PR claims? MOST DEFINITELY! I have plenty of positive things to say about them but I'm doing a public service to anyone cruising these forums thinking about jumping into the juice game and letting them know the reality of things because I'd want someone to do it for me. We only got each other in this shit. There's no legal body to turn to so its up to us to look out for each other and hold a sources feet to the fire.
 
Apart from the recent shit show I was reading (hope you guys get your order soon) does anyone have experience with Pharmacom Aromasin & letro ? I have some from a few months ago & want to use on cycle, not trynna grow b-cups ( I do have back up A.I. just in case)

Not tryna burn anyone's britches but I feel I owe honesty to the community. Basic has great product, great communication and they always try to correct any mistakes on their part. With that said I'm not buying from you again until you get your shit together and I see some pattern of change. I understand we're engaged in illegal activity here. Losing me isn't going to put a dent in your business and I guess you gotta do whatever it takes to keep the cash flow rolling, but I'm sick of the flat out lies.
Seizures are still happening, so you can stop telling people about your %100 percent success rate. I also find it interesting you extended the promo when me and other people on this board never received our promo items originally and were offered store credit instead because of the " confusion due to the warehouse switch". Yea, that's all good and well. It only means another order would have to be placed to get my product while basic keeps getting paid more and more. I almost respect the con.
Also, when I get confirmation that an order has been SHIPPED then receive tracking numbers eleven days later only to have the track info say the origin country has just accepted the package... That's not for your safety... That's you stringing me along.
Whatever explanations you have to offer are moot. Its the same old shit. If y'all are such a big successful competent company then you'll fix this. The lies are unnecessary. We all know what we are getting into when we do this but you present yourself as having a smoother operation than the rest of them and its simply not true.
FWIW, I think all of our time is limited in the way that we've been doing things and I think sources don't want to mention this. Politics... Laws... International relations... Changing state of the world. I think were gonna see a lot of people cashing out with the rest of us holding our atrophied nuts scrambling to find a trt Dr.

And I just received the same email today from basic that I got four days ago... Yea thanks for reminding me that my package is still in Europe three weeks after you said it was shipped. Lay off the crack basic.

The pack they were supposed to be in made it. However the pack with the promos is stuck in ISC or customs. I realize if seized I get a reship but no promo items, which should have been in the pack that made it. FML

I have mentioned it on all boards a few times about delays due to warehouse transfer. I mentioned also about packages stack at ISC in USA both on boards and in our recent mass e-mailing with promo advertising.Here is the latest post about it.
We hired new staff and new orders are processed faster. The new rule with tracking numbers being uploaded not earlier than 7 days after an order is shipped has nothing to do with delays. It is not a trial to hide delays. It would be absolutely stupid to do so, because after we upload tracking numbers it will be seen, what day packages were registered at postal service. This rule is our precaution to ensure safety of our warehouse and shippers. If you do not agree to wait 7 days without tracking number, we can not offer anything else than using another source, which meets your requirements. However, i do not see any issues with this at all. Orders are not delayed by 7 days. You do not get them 7 days later. Orders are on the way, you just get tracking number, when package already crossed your country border. This is always better to upload tracking numbers only after this to exclude any even slightest potential reason of packages being seized. Our safety, your safety and measures to reduce seizures as much as possible is the only reasons for tracking numbers being uploaded after one week only.

Regarding seizures. Obviously success rate is not 100% after the first trial now. Nobody canceled the free reshipping. We have packages stuck at ISC. ISC is not a custom plant actually, so we did not think this is a seizure. However, packages stuck for long there. Within last couple of days we found more packages stuck at ISC. I agree it does not look good at all. We started investigating what could be wrong. As result we changed the address form on our site and new orders are processed STRICTLY according to USPS requirements regarding how to the addresses should look like. Earlier, e.g. some customers could indicate the state in full and some only abbreviation. We have a field to fill by customers. Now US customers have to chose state from a drop-down list. It might seem that this is not relevant, but it is relevant. USPS has a number of very specific rules and most customers are not even aware about them.

Our new EU warehouse was not aware of them too and did not follow them. We think the reason of stuck packages could be in this. We really think this can have an impact, because packages with info filled correctly should be processed automatically by a machine.
We have also some other changes, which i will not reveal here, because the less public info regarding how we ship is available the better for all.
We really hope the new revised way of shipping will fix those issues we had with stuck packages at ISC. Packages, which did not arrive, will be reshipped for free, of course.
 
When you run a promo knowing full well that promo items won't be shipped then offer store credit so that customers get caught in an endless cycle of placing orders that is in fact a deliberate deception. I still stand by your product and delivery is still much smoother than it was from china. It was a money grab. Don't tell me what the definition of bullshit is. I've been on this earth for too long and been through enough to know. Really, no hard feelings. I understand.. We're all criminals here for doing what we do. But I do expect more from a subculture in which the substance we use is not a "drug" the way most people understand it but still carries a stigma so that a lot of us that use it because it really improves our quality of life have to go through illicit means to get it. Steroids are a billion dollar business. Its pathetic that basic would run this scam for what was obviously to make up for costs for having to switch from their china warehouse and fuck with peoples health. Like I said, we should be looking out for each other. Tell me I'm wrong... Do whatever. Idc. Nothing you say can justify running a promo and letting people make payments and not sending the promo items because you never had them to begin with.

Stop. These are different things we are talking about. You are talking about promo items being not shipped. I confirm, we had this in the very beginning of our promotion in February. There was a glitch in our system. EU warehouse did not have any promotions earlier. When we exported the list of goods for our warehouse to pack them, only main paid items were exported, bonuses were not included into the list, because we never offered bonuses on EU-based warehouse and our programmers missed this. We have noticed that bonus items are missing only after a few days. After we noticed this, i sent an e-mail to every victim and offered possible solutions. We sorted this out with every customer personally.
It was not a bad intention, it was a glitch in our system, which is still our fault. We offered discounts to cover all the inconvenience.
The glitch has been fixed and all orders are shipped with bonuses for a long time now. This has nothing to do with lie. We were not knowing that this happens.We are guilty, but not intentionally and we did not lie.

There is another point here. Regarding bonuses being not reshipped. Some customers require reshipping with bonuses or refund. However, there are conditions, which every customers agrees with. Customers are ordering illegal items from international warehouse with delivery from overseas. Any not domestic source may have seizures. This is always the risk. Everyone understands it. We have clear statement right on the checkout page: there are no refunds in case of seizures. Free bonus items are not reshipped in case of seizures. This is written in red and customers can not complete orders if do not agree with this. If customer agrees and places an order he/she takes the risks and agrees with conditions. If he/she does not agree, they should not place an order. We do all as we promise. We warn about everything in advance. We hide nothing. And we fully understand that these conditions will not help us if numerous customers start reporting seizures or some other issues.So, we are doing our best to improve your experience and provide as good delivery success rate as possible and we will continue in this direction.
 
That strange because last month i ordered on the eu warehouse and 7 days later i got the tracking numbers... here we are at 14 days laters and i still dont have any progress... yes i have 900 dollars less on me that all i won.

Im still asking you when my package will leave and when my tracking numbers are going to be sent ?

Fair enough man. But I really had to pull some teeth there didn't I? It still seems a bit off that when the suffering is on your end (WU problems) its addressed very quickly and you let everyone know. When we're getting fucked, its hush hush until someone like me causes a scene to get a proper explanation. You board reps like to say you don't have much inside knowledge of the goings on of the company when people have questions. But when people have accusations you seem to know immediately what the problem is and how to respond. Some of us have worked in public relations and advertising before and... Well... It is what it is.
Btw.. My latest order arrived after three weeks in Europe seemingly overnight. Since the warehouse change, packages.. At least mine.. Move very quickly once they reach the USA. There isn't even any notice that they even go through customs. Just... Arrived at ISC.. Then the next day its at the regional faculty and my front door. And this is going through NY.
See.. I ain't got all bad things to say... You international drug smuggling cartel of Slavic/Russian jew/predator/gangster/con men/pieces of shit. ;):p

I understand that keeping communication with customers is a crucial factor. But there are things which we have to do to make out best in order that customers receive packages. Here is an example. I checked latest tracking numbers. Before we switched to EU-based warehouse as the default one, we never had any issues with shipping from Europe towards the USA. Some guys ordering from us for a long time can confirm this. No single seizure. After all the turnover was moved from Asia to EU-based warehouse, first weeks packages arrived fine. The volume of orders continued to increase. Lately we notice that packages stuck at ISC in the USA. I checked tracking numbers from the middle of March, which are just arriving to the USA now, and the number of such packages is increasing. I say it honestly, nobody hides anything. It worries me. We do not know, what could be the reason. As I mentioned earlier we had some changes with the format of delivery addresses and some other things, which I just can not reveal publicly to keep all safe. We are waiting, when packages shipped in a new way cross US borders to see, whether it helps or not. To exclude absolutely all potentially possible factors, which can influence the delivery success we also do not upload tracking numbers until those packages pass through customs. Do not ask me, how the tracking number you get can influence, whether a package successfully passes through customs or not. I do not know. It is just in case to exclude any possible adverse influence. The main reason is still protection of our shippers.So, why I am telling this. If you ask our board assistants, yes, they will not help in such cases, because they do not have this info regarding tracking numbers, what exactly happened and what we are doing to fix it, because we are trying our best and test changes, but to exclude any possible influence we do not disclose any info and details to anyone at all until we are sure it helps... or does not help... Currently we are waiting to see the first results of our changes, so we provide as minimum info as possible. At the same time we admit that the number of seizures from Europe towards USA increased lately. As promised we will reship seized orders for free. We are really trying our best. Something definitely changed at US customs. They check all much more carefully now.
