It says order processing on their site. I've always ordered from the US warehouse and received the confirmation email very quickly. Strange.
 
Having some trouble with my order.

After I placed my order yesterday I received the email that my order was reserved. I immediately sent the BTC and submitted the info to the "Add Money" section. It's been over 24 hours and my order/payment has still not been confirmed. I may be jumping the gun by posting this early, but basicstero has always been really good with confirming my order a few hours after payment or less, so I'm a little concerned.

Would appreciate some help.

If it says "processing" then it has already passed the step of "waiting for payment" -- sound like your payment was confirmed and now the order is moving to processing (get sorted, packed, then shipped) -- it will update to "shipped" once it is handed over to the postal service.
As with checking payment, usually i find processing takes a few business days.

Once shipped it will update on your dashboard -- then, in my experience, approx 2 -3 weeks (give or take a week; some have arrived very fast while others have delays -- that is in the postal service's hands at that point, outside of source's control) you should receive the order :)

How would I know? -- only the postal service can know what they are doing with it once it is handed over them (the source no longer has procession).

IF I had to guess, my bet would be it has departed the country of origin (very rare that origin country seized it) but was either lost or more likely it was seized (by destination country).
I say this because in my own experience I had a pack seized (I received a letter from customs confirming it was seized as contraband) but it never updated tracking after departing country of origin -- it only ever said "original post is preparing shipment."

Keep in mind, obviously, a source, any source, has zero control or influence once the pack is in the mail -- just like if you were to send a package to someone, once you drop it to the postal service you have no control.
A source, any source, can only see the same tracking info you can see.

Here in my quote below is some info regarding how to contact customer service if/when you are sure your pack was seized (you should receive a letter -- do not reply to the letter and you will have zero legal issue -- but save the letter as evidence to show the source your pack is seized). As can be seen in the Basicstero "terms" there is free re-ship with proof/evidence of seizure (the source will cover all expense and send a replacement free of charge if the order was seized).

***Be sure to check your spam folder after contacting customer service because in the past some people complain they did not get a reply when in fact their email service filtered the reply to spam.

Board reps, posts, even PMs are not as efficient nor direct - may get overlooked or take time to be relayed to the appropriate personnel.
This is a big World-Wide company; Reps/PR/Marketing people are mostly busy relaying information/news/announcements and may not even have the ability, access, nor authority to see private account and order information.
(it is a good thing though, that the company only allows specific person ability to access private info for customer security reasons :) ).
Also, please, for your own safety never state any personal information in a public post.

The "contact us" form is the most direct form of communication regarding accounts and orders.

NOTE regarding tracking (which is a common inquiry I see daily across various boards and PMs):
In my experience, usually tracking is NOT uploaded until a pack leaves the warehouse country and passes outgoing (origin nation's) customs.
In my opinion this usually takes approx a couple weeks for intl packs.
Please be patient and try not to ask customer service for tracking info -- tracking will be uploaded to your dashboard when it is available and authorized to be given out.
A source has no control over the postal service nor if packs are accurately scanned/updated within the postal system (once the pack is shipped, a source can only see what tracking shows you -- just like if/when you mail something to someone).
Keep in mind you can check the status of your order on the Basicstero site by loging into the warehouse where you placed the order and navigating to your
dashboard >> orders >> select the order you would like to see.
IF tracking has been uploaded to your account it will appear there in the order details section.

Lost packs simply will never update (hence, I shared the "terms" and contact info to give you options and help).

It is generic when this whole information can be found on the website. I am very familiar with the process with everything. However I’ve never had a shipment stuck in the country of origin so I was looking for more detail on this. It being “lost” seems like a cop out or a scapegoat. Same exact package - same exact country - same exact situation. Seized, maybe. But not here in the states. There must be some kind of shipping discrepancy within pharmacom. This never happened in the China warehouse. Maybe the website needs to change the “100 percent delivery guarantee”. I don’t know - I’m not trying to be an ass - but this situation is frustrating.

No change needed, because I can assure you there is 100% guarantee of re-ship at no cost to the customer.
I think just this page or one back we can see a guy talking about 3 re-ships. Clearly the source eats big losses to make sure there is re-ship.
You maybe frustrated, I understand, but then think if you are this frustrated over one pack, think of the pain a source feels when packs are seized/lost (sources eat the costs across multiple packs). Sucks for all involved; customer gets delays, but the source really get hurt because sources have to re-ship and losses a lot of money.

It either makes it to you, or it got lost by the postal service, or it got seized by either outgoing nation or incoming nation customs. what else is there?

Could be someone from the post office is
Stealing the contents of the packages. Maybe the post office it is being dropped off is incompetent? Lol 100 percent reship is not equivalent to 100 percent guaranteed delivery. Those are two completely different things. Delivery means at my door. Ship means out your door. If you ship 100 times and I only get 1 delivery. That would be a one percent delivery guarantee. Try being less condescending and more helpful. I have never had issues with pharmacom in the past. Always great customer service. Always prompt delivery. I’m trying to be understanding with the migration of the warehouses but there needs to be some kind of workaround for this. And it seems like there was one started today with warehouse one and two.

My package was sitting in "shippers warehouse" for over 2 weeks. Now it says "the order is ready for shipment" for a few days. I'm okay with it taking a bit to get to me if it does get to me, but I placed this order in January and the first time 7 out of 9 packages were seized. Luckily I was able to find a local supplier, not pharma waaay to expensive domestically, or I would be in a bad position right now. Hope pharma can get this figured out or else I am going to have to go with another supplier after all this time. I have competition scheduals to keep and while I understand the problems I doubt the judges will take that as an excuse.

I would chalk that off to "lost" if anyone the postal service chain steals, the end result is it is lost for the source and customer.
There is nothing you or the source could do regarding postal theft, in general, but even less recourse when you are ordering illegal drugs.
It would not be worth any legal risk to you to even attempt a complaint withe the post office.

Same as with seizure letter, do not even reply or fight it -- just ignore it to be safe.
I recently had a pack seized that had ZERO AAS and just all PCT items -- the letter said seized for steroids but there were no steroid; however, I can not risk to fight it. So we just eat the cost.

you will have seizure risk with any intl source.
Domestic sources will have seizure risk when they order raws.
Also, be careful with some smaller source as they may not have access to high quality raws nor the resources to test/analyze raws.
What good is it to get a product if it has heavy metal, chemical synth residues, solvents from raws synth, and other impurities etc.
Even if the local or small source means well, he or she is at the mercy of someone selling raws chemicals illegally online (likely sub-pair chemicals and the individual selling does not care so much about people).
you are better off if a local source rips you off by selling plain oil than actually putting impure raws -- plain oil will just cost you money but no long-term health. Impurities may cause issues years from now.

There are some good small sources out there tho -- just look for ones with analytic testing results on their raws and products; after all, if they do not test their raws, how do they even know what they have? or what purity or concentration to base the math upon?
Just be safe my friend -- I know the situation sucks with controlling governments and no freedom; we're all in this together.

The word unsatisfactory was not used. Generic was. Yes - you were very detailed by copying and pasting what I’ve read multiple times. I know how to reach out from the “contact us” section. I was not trying to be rude - I even said I wasn’t trying to be an ass. I told you that I was frustrated, with good reason.

Obviously, the solution is not to call them to see where the illegal contents are. You, also, act like the customer is not at cost here. This is a two way service. Just say “honestly, I don’t know.” I would respect that more than - you know - your detailed generic answer that 90 percent of us are already aware of.

They were emailed already. Haven’t received a response, yet. But, I’m sure I’ll get a response soon. And, according to those terms, it says that the package will be shipped a second time free of charge. Not sure if I’ll get a third chance on this, but it sounds like you’re saying they will because from a previous customer experience. Again, I know what my options are. I know there are only a couple of things that can happen here. The only thing I was looking for was to see if this is a known issue across the board or is it just me, as far as the shipment not even making it out of the country of origin - and no seizure letter. Not what possible scenarios are with my packages. Since you don’t know, I can only presume that this hasn’t happened to anyone else - and it is not a known issue. Therefore, there have been no changes in the method of shipment within the source - I’ve just gotten unlucky.

This was seized by the destination country.

I am not saying I know this is the case for you, just was offering ideas because you specifically asked me if I knew anything regarding where your pack may be.

Or, like we talked about, maybe simply lost by postal service.

I can not talk about details regarding various shipping methods and options -- just know it is not always the same.
But the same risks are always present.

Oh, and make sure to check your spam email folder just i case the reply filters there.
again, just trying to help based upon things I have seen happen in the past.
