Having some trouble with my order.
After I placed my order yesterday I received the email that my order was reserved. I immediately sent the BTC and submitted the info to the "Add Money" section. It's been over 24 hours and my order/payment has still not been confirmed. I may be jumping the gun by posting this early, but basicstero has always been really good with confirming my order a few hours after payment or less, so I'm a little concerned.
Would appreciate some help.
It says order processing on their site. I've always ordered from the US warehouse and received the confirmation email very quickly. Strange.

brother, give it a few days at least ; people have to check the payment etc and understand maybe they are in a different timezone
If it says "processing" then it has already passed the step of "waiting for payment" -- sound like your payment was confirmed and now the order is moving to processing (get sorted, packed, then shipped) -- it will update to "shipped" once it is handed over to the postal service.
As with checking payment, usually i find processing takes a few business days.
Once shipped it will update on your dashboard -- then, in my experience, approx 2 -3 weeks (give or take a week; some have arrived very fast while others have delays -- that is in the postal service's hands at that point, outside of source's control) you should receive the order

***Be sure to check your spam folder after contacting customer service because in the past some people complain they did not get a reply when in fact their email service filtered the reply to spam.
Board reps, posts, even PMs are not as efficient nor direct - may get overlooked or take time to be relayed to the appropriate personnel.
This is a big World-Wide company; Reps/PR/Marketing people are mostly busy relaying information/news/announcements and may not even have the ability, access, nor authority to see private account and order information.
(it is a good thing though, that the company only allows specific person ability to access private info for customer security reasons ).
Also, please, for your own safety never state any personal information in a public post.
The "contact us" form is the most direct form of communication regarding accounts and orders.
NOTE regarding tracking (which is a common inquiry I see daily across various boards and PMs):
In my experience, usually tracking is NOT uploaded until a pack leaves the warehouse country and passes outgoing (origin nation's) customs.
In my opinion this usually takes approx a couple weeks for intl packs.
Please be patient and try not to ask customer service for tracking info -- tracking will be uploaded to your dashboard when it is available and authorized to be given out.
A source has no control over the postal service nor if packs are accurately scanned/updated within the postal system (once the pack is shipped, a source can only see what tracking shows you -- just like if/when you mail something to someone).
Keep in mind you can check the status of your order on the Basicstero site by loging into the warehouse where you placed the order and navigating to your
dashboard >> orders >> select the order you would like to see.
IF tracking has been uploaded to your account it will appear there in the order details section.

How would I know? -- only the postal service can know what they are doing with it once it is handed over them (the source no longer has procession).
IF I had to guess, my bet would be it has departed the country of origin (very rare that origin country seized it) but was either lost or more likely it was seized (by destination country).
I say this because in my own experience I had a pack seized (I received a letter from customs confirming it was seized as contraband) but it never updated tracking after departing country of origin -- it only ever said "original post is preparing shipment."
Keep in mind, obviously, a source, any source, has zero control or influence once the pack is in the mail -- just like if you were to send a package to someone, once you drop it to the postal service you have no control.
A source, any source, can only see the same tracking info you can see.
Here in my quote below is some info regarding how to contact customer service if/when you are sure your pack was seized (you should receive a letter -- do not reply to the letter and you will have zero legal issue -- but save the letter to as evidence for to show the source your pack is seized). As can be seen in the basicstero "terms" there is free re-ship with proof/evidence of seizure (the source will cover all expense and send a replacement free of charge if the order was seized).
From the "terms" on the Basicstero site:
"10. If your parcel is seized or lost we reship it the second time free of charge, if seizure or loss are obvious (you have received seizure letter or tracking number says that package was hold). If tracking number says - delivered, we shall not be liable for any losses, unless you have other trustworthy evidences of a seizure/loss (photo of seizure letter, etc.). Reshipping of a seized/lost package occurs not earlier than 4 weeks after the first package has been shipped, unless trustworthy evidences are provided earlier."

It never made it to the states. I never received a seizure letter. Is it coincidence that all the other packages made it to me and the one package didn’t. The one package that didn’t was reshipped and is going through the exact same thing as the original shipment. How would you know? I don’t know, maybe because it happened to me twice, it must have happened to others and you would have some sort of idea? I’ll try somewhere else that will give me more than a generic answer.

I do not see any "coincidence" if you have tracking and it never updated then what else could be cause other than lost or seized?

... Maybe the website needs to change the “100 percent delivery guarantee”. I don’t know - I’m not trying to be an ass - but this situation is frustrating.
No change needed, because I can assure you there is 100% guarantee of re-ship at no cost to the customer.
I think just this page or one back we can see a guy talking about 3 re-ships. Clearly the source eats big losses to make sure there is re-ship.
Just out of curiosity, what else could have happened beside lost or seized?
Since you feel there are other possible outcomes besides the pack arriving successfully, being lost, or being seized, maybe you know more and I should be asking you the questions.

My package was sitting in "shippers warehouse" for over 2 weeks. Now it says "the order is ready for shipment" for a few days. I'm okay with it taking a bit to get to me if it does get to me, but I placed this order in January and the first time 7 out of 9 packages were seized. Luckily I was able to find a local supplier, not pharma waaay to expensive domestically, or I would be in a bad position right now. Hope pharma can get this figured out or else I am going to have to go with another supplier after all this time. I have competition scheduals to keep and while I understand the problems I doubt the judges will take that as an excuse.

I was not condescending; I was realistic and clearly answered with a lot of detail.
I feel you were somewhat rude by disregarding my answer and saying it is generic or unsatisfactory.
Nonetheless, I am free to be condescending if I choose; however, I feel I am helpful and share a lot of information.
It is doubtful anyone at the post office is stealing contents. But if someone were, how does the source have any control over that? what can we do? call the post office and report that our illegal drugs are being taken haha.
I would chalk that off to "lost" if anyone the postal service chain steals, the end result is it is lost for the source and customer.
There is nothing you or the source could do regarding postal theft, in general, but even less recourse when you are ordering illegal drugs.
It would not be worth any legal risk to you to even attempt a complaint withe the post office.
Same as with seizure letter, do not even reply or fight it -- just ignore it to be safe.
I recently had a pack seized that had ZERO AAS and just all PCT items -- the letter said seized for steroids but there were no steroid; however, I can not risk to fight it. So we just eat the cost.

There are no other options and nothing else anyone can do -- be realistic, do you think I can go in personal and confront the postal service and every possible person that may have had contact with the pack?
I am trying to do all I can to help, but do not know what you want.
there are only three possibilities for any pack:
1) it arrives successfully,
2) it is lost in the mail,
3) it is seized (by either origin or destination customs).
Neither the customer nor the source has any control over these outcomes once the pack is handed over to the postal service.
IF you feel your pack was lost or seized, the source generously offers a re-ship (free to the customer; at the source expense) as can be seen in the source's terms:
From the "terms" on the Basicstero site:

IF you believe that is the case for your situation, then you need to contact the customer service and, like you can see has been done for others, you will be offered a free re-ship:
There are your options. Very real options that others have taken advantage of; there simply is nothing within the source's power to force the postal service to find your pack.
Your issue is beyond what any rep or even the source has power over.
At this point it must simply be determined if the pack was lost or seized and take the steps from there, which means working with customer service via the "contact us" form on the Basicstero website.
