Update for all customers of warehouse 2.
It looks like due to coming Chinese New Year services stop working even earlier than we expected. We confirm pending orders and tomorrow will be the last shipping before holidays starts. All further orders confirmed starting from tomorrow will be shipped in the very beginning of February.
This is only about orders placed from warehouse 2. Warehouses 1 and US domestic are not influenced.

Its going to take an email and your order# to get answers. I just went through the same. Was sent tracking but pack was stuck in the place of origin for weeks so I reached out. You’ll just be told to have patience. Sure enough the pack moved. Just takes time this time of year. Probably a month being realist

Honestly, this is why I go domestic with all my sources. Don’t get me wrong I’ll order once in a while international, but I have no patience and customs is a bitch!

I hope it starts moving.. this time of year sucks! My wife bought clothes from China and it took close to three months to get to her.. it took so long, she forgot that she even purchased it!!

W2 is a middle-point. It is not stuck there, it is awaiting arrival to there. Then it moves from there to the final destination.
This means, you have to add the time it takes from the manufacturer to W2 (that is the waiting time some of you mention) then the typical time from EU to USA (W1 time-frame). In my experience W2 takes about 2 weeks longer than W1 on average (sometimes quicker , sometimes a little longer -- postal service varies greatly and no one has control of that)..
You would have to search for some of the posts when Frank announced details regarding W2 for more details.
