I don't know who you sent those emails to, but the tracking# you gave was delivered 2000+ miles away from me. I think you got your wires crossed. Although I appreciate that we are working to resolve the issue.
It happened, because it could not be delivered to your address, cause postal service could not find that address. Tracking number says " Out for Delivery" and than "No Such Number". We checked the address you provided on map and it does not exist. Man, it looks like you screwed up. There is a mistake just in one letter in street name, but you put it to a wrong place, so postal employee could not find your address and returned items back to the fake return address obviously. Your order is lost, because you did not provide the exact delivery info. I may/can not publish your details for obvious reasons, but I will explain on example with fake data, what happened so that others could judge, whether it is our fault of not.
So, let`s say there is an address. It is an absolutely fake address out of my mind. It should look like this correctly: 222B 222ND STREET G APT.222 NORFOLK VA
You indicated it like this:
222B G 222ND STREET APT.222 NORFOLK VA
Only one single letter is moved. But in all sources I could find this letter is located after the word "street" and no single source was with your sequence. How critical you think is this mistake? Probably postal service could twig it and find out the address, cause the difference seems not really big, but looks like that particular employee did not know well his way around.
It is definitely not our fault. But you are lucky I am in good mood. We reship your order just as a single exclusion to keep our reputation of a perfect source. I will send you an email explaining in details, what exactly is wrong with the address.
Warning for others. Be careful, when entering delivery info and always check it. If you make a mistake in one single letter or indicate say the right address, but a wrong not related zip code, your order will be lost and this will be completely your fault. We should not be liable for wrong or not completed delivery info provided by customers and we will not do such exceptions like this each time.
Also pay attention to the fields. The first line on the page with delivery info is for your full name. The 2nd line for address. For some reason some customers put first name into the first line and last name into the second line virtually leaving the info without the actual address . It happens regularly, every week. We even had to make changes on our site so that it does not allow order completing, if the second line does not have at least one number. But it worked also not well, we got complains from customers who was not able completing orders, so we had to disable it.Still working on fixing it.
