Appreciate you checking in brother! I'm just in a bad situation due to shipping delays.

Placed a fairly large order with pcom before Chinese New Year. They had said was supposed to ship before Chinese New Year but unfortunately they said the Chinese Government stopped shipping a few days earlier than anticipated, so it was not able to ship. Since then it has not shipped due to the coronavirus.

I need the products by the last week of April for myself and others in preparation for shows and competitions. I had planned ahead but obviously these are unforeseen circumstances for all.

My issue is that I really need the products by the last week of April. If it ships from W2 I am not sure it will arrive on time. It is 30 days at least at the best of times.A lot of people have told me things are taking 2 months intl now and things are only getting worse in the US from what I have seen.

I cannot ship it from W1 because it is closed as well and the person who is receiving the pack said they will accept international shipments unless it is shipped discreetly which W1 does not offer, and they may not be accepting international shipments at all due to the corona virus.

I don't want the funds switched to the domestic Warehouse because I will not be able to afford all that I need. I don't want to get into exact amounts but it will not be close. For example tren A is $45 intl but $85 domestically.

I am thinking I need to order from another domestic source to ensure that I have things on time. In order to do this I will need the money that I had initially for the goods that have been unable to be shipped, roughly $2,200 as I do not have more money at the time to invest.

I think we are all facing unforeseen circumstances at this time so I was hoping it would be possible to get a refund on this order just so I am able to ensure I will have everything in time.

Unbelievable. They need to refund you as this is totally unacceptable. If they can’t ship it, they CAN issue a refund, which is far easier.

I hope so. I'm still waiting to hear from them so I haven't heard one way or the other. It's just a bad situation for everyone involved.

I would just like to move quickly because the US situation seems to be changing everyday so would rather get everything over with. I am hopeful they will, because I have been a pretty loyal customer and would continue to be, just in this instance I need to make other plans if that makes sense.

Even if they normally dont offer refunds, I feel you are absolutely owed one considering you've been waiting since Chinese new year. I would be highly disappointed if they refuse to refund you.

Kinda crappy you haven’t received a response to your email from days ago. It’s not like they are busy filling orders. You should definitely receive a refund. I know things happen but you’re going on months now and your pack isn’t even in route.

Yeah I am hopeful they will refund me. They posted earlier that the customer service for the intl was not working which is why I posted in the thread and sent pms. Hopefully I will hear back soon and can just get it resolved quickly. I tried to wait as long as possible but now I don't have much choice.

Been trying to contact the source as the coronavirus shipping delays have caused some issues so trying to resolve them.

Well. Yes, w normally do not refund in such cases, because delay is caused not by our fault, but by an act of God, which is totally beyond our control. We have a respective clause about this in our ordering terms. This is a regular clause in such situations. However, if you want a refund, ok, we can do it. Only in bitcoin and within 30 days. This is also a regular practice in such situations.

The situation has definitely put many people in a bind including myself. Hopefully can find a solution for the short term.

You had said in an earlier post that the "Contact Us" for intl is not currently working?

The "Contact Us" was fixed and is working now (it was only down for that weekend, maybe one day, until the next business day when tech support was available to work).

I am behind on PMs right now; i will be honest, MESO is not my priority right now since my State government has issued orders to close all businesses and locking-down the state (including what appears to be anti-freedom violations of the US Constitution etc).

As everyone is well aware, there is a historic level major world event occurring.
Here where I am at, the government is locking-down and stores have been empty for day. It is not possible to find basic need items such as most foods and hygiene items such as toilet paper.
My priority right now is in real-life not online; I have to drive far and keep looking for basic need items etc and make sure my household is ok.
Now with the lock-downs, there is some panic and chaos.
I hope it does not get any worse -- this is ridiculous.

While I am trying to jump on and check things (such as right now) and I want thing back to normal asap (we all do); Please, I ask all of you to respect and understand my priorities right now.

I had no idea it was that bad, my area is not a hard hit one and many stores still open and stocked. Hate to hear this for you.
