Re-ships come from the same warehouse as the original order.
There is no way to re-ship from a different warehouse because of stock differences and internal business arrangements such as warehouse staff, fund collectors, and shipper compensation etc.
Each warehouse functions independently in terms of available stock and orders etc.

W2 is not able to accessed (nothing can be shipped) because of government coronavirus lock-down.
Here, since this board's style is everything in one big thread (on each other discussion board I have a thread devote just to W2 status updates), I searched back a few pages and share these quotes below so you may review the details regarding the issue we are all enduring (see quotes below).

Next update regarding situation with warehouse 2.
It had to start working on 5th, but due to situation with coronavirus government extended holidays till 10th. And now government extended pause till 17th for the same reason. So, we do not have opportunity to ship orders right now. It is not not a regular situation, but a force major, which happened for the first time for all the time we work. Even huge known legal companies suffer from this. We are doing our best, but not much depends on us. Hopefully we manage to ship before 17th. We will keep you updated.

Folks today we were still not able to process orders from W2. But there are good reasons to think everything will normalize within 2-3 days. We are checking situation daily. More updates should be coming soon.

For customers who do not wish to wait we can offer removing current orders and placing a new order from warehouse 1, which is working without delays. Alternatively we can move balance to US domestic warehouse for customers from the USA.

Those who want to cancel order from warehouse 2 and get items from W1 can remove pending orders in personal account.In this case order total will get back to your balance. Next, just place a new order with items available in stock from W1. Chose the same payment way you used for the original order and check out.You will not need to pay again, of course. According to Chinese government only 1/3 of businesses/factories/facilities are currently operational. They promise to increase this value up to 90% by the end of March.
Based on this info we can suppose that in the very worst case we can start shipping by the end of March, but there are good reasons to think we will be able shipping within next 1-2 weeks.
Warehouse 1 and US domestic are working normally.

to clarify for everyone and avoid any potential confusion, the comments/offer in some quotes regarding canceling an order to move payment credit to the other warehouse is specifically in regards to orders that have NOT been processed/shipped yet (meaning money was paid but the order was not yet processed) NOT re-ship/replacements of orders that have already been processed and shipped (re-ship is part of a specific order which has been shipped can not be moved to a different warehouse; in other words, all re-ship must be from the same warehouse as the original order).

Did it happen to someone with US DOMESTIC orders (not necessarily from us, but any domestic shipments) are marked as delivered as per tracking number, but package did not arrive?
Some time ago I agreed to reship a couple of orders for customers, who were actually responsible for not delivered orders due to wrong address indicated. I allowed to reship those only because they were consonant customers with many orders placed.

Now, right after that case, we are receiving more and more ( a dozen maybe within last couple of weeks) emails saying that customer kinda did not receive package, although tracking number clearly says it was delivered. How are the chances?
We contacted postal service and they said that all parcels are scanned right before they are handed over to consignee/left in postal box. So, they said there is virtually close to zero chance that package is not delivered, if it is marked as delivered.
What I wanna say. I am telling it clearly., we think these are trials of reverse scamming. We have clear ordering terms. If tracking status says a package is delivered, it is considered as delivered. There will be no reship, if tracking number says delivered, but customer says,there is nothing., UNLESS some clear evidence is provided (it may be seizure letter for international orders, etc.).

If your neighbor stole it, if aliens suddenly visited you and decided to gain some bulk and stole it, if your dog ate it...This is no more our responsibility. All this is clearly described in our ordering terms. Obviously nobody reads them before placing an order. This is not our fault, again.

Don`t even try to request reship in similar cases. If tracking number shows that package stuck somewhere for a long time, that it is lost, we reship without hesitation. If you provide some proof that package is not delivered, we reship it. If tracking number says "delivered", we consider it as delivered. Point. Who do not agree, should not place orders.Not trying to scare someone. Such cases virtually never happen with domestic orders especially. We are absolutely sure the latest emails we get are trials of reverse scam.

Chalked it up as an error and when I contacted them they said they ran out of stock and thought it would be cool just replace it with a totally different pct than I was familiar with. Been emailing them back and forth for a month trying to come up with solutions and they just keep passing me back around between different representatives. Customer service has gone down quite a bit since I last bought from them a few years back. And look I get it china supply chain has come to a halt people are freaking out over Covid and the market is tanking. But don't list something as in stock when its clearly not and send some other random shit instead.

IF tracking says it is successfully delivered, than the source has completed it's obligation.
What more could anyone do to track a pack?
There is no other way or total chaos and many scams will arise; the primary function of tracking is to confirm the delivery.
 
Just been noticing this lately but packs from warehouse 1 that I received have been getting torn open then I get them, I don’t want to reveal how it’s packaged just giving a heads up that these fuckers are opening up the package and looking inside . Anyone else noticing this ?

I did have a recent pack that the outermost packaging appeared torn open and taped back shut with clear packing-tape.
All contents were still protected and in perfect condition no issues.
but yeah, seemed like someone along the way ripped the top of the pack.

Thats exactly what happened to me with an order recently , and one I had back in January . Same thing. These guys are cracking down it looks like even at NYC customs, rat bastards

And respectively disagree on torems equivalent to clomid. It’s meant to replace nolva not clomid. You guys didn’t even send enough for it to be a proper pct

If payment was made something other than crypto, then there can be issues with collecting payment (such as hold/block by the transfer company which is beyond the control of any source) and the source will try 3 times at different locations spread across multiple days. However, if the transfer company blocks/holds/freezes the transfer, then there is no way the source can collect the funds.

BTC is by far the superior payment methods. Other method risk delays and even holds/freezes by the transfer companies.
BTC has no middle-men or transfer company that can block payments.

IF it was paid using BTC (or other crypto), then it should only take a few business days (Assuming all details are entered correctly); it would be unusual for BTC (crypto) transfer to take more than a few days.

The "contact us" form is the most direct form of communication regarding accounts and orders.

NOTE regarding tracking (which is a common inquiry I see daily across various boards and PMs):
In my experience, usually tracking is NOT uploaded until a pack leaves the warehouse country and passes outgoing (origin nation's) customs.
In my opinion this usually takes approx a couple weeks for intl packs.
Please be patient and try not to ask customer service for tracking info -- tracking will be uploaded to your dashboard when it is available and authorized to be given out.
A source has no control over the postal service nor if packs are accurately scanned/updated within the postal system (once the pack is shipped, a source can only see what tracking shows you -- just like if/when you mail something to someone).
Keep in mind you can check the status of your order on the Basicstero site by loging into the warehouse where you placed the order and navigating to your
dashboard >> orders >> select the order you would like to see.
IF tracking has been uploaded to your account it will appear there in the order details section.

I've seen it happen where it is never scanned at the ICS or customs, then one day, weeks later, just shows up at the regional distribution and out for delivery a few days later.

I have also seen examples of orders that are split into two packs (both packs for the same exact order ship out at the same exact moment) take much different lengths of time to move and arrive (sometimes different even paths after ICS):

Here is an example where an order is in tow packs, both handed over to the postal system at the exact same moment, both hit the ICS on the day and moment, but as you can see one's TD was 25 day and the other was successfully delivered 57 days.

I've even heard of people that had no updates accept the final successfully delivery scan.
There are so many different possibilities.

Of course, there is also always a possibility/risk of seizure with intl packs (if that is the case, you will get a letter from customs to confirm).

The postal service leaves a lot to be desired (my nice way of saying it); they are not very consistent nor within any of our control.

Patience please, I did not visit the board until now.It was weekend, finally...
I can only repeat, If we had provided more time, the entire order was not shipped by now. You would not receive it probably 3-4 weeks more. We did everything to send your order asap and provided the closest replacement. Once we can ship again and clomid is in stock, we ship the rest, which you did not receive, or if clomid is not in stock for long time, we can replace it and ship more toremifene. You don`t lose anything. These things can be negotiated.
