It took me less than a full week and I went from bitcoin to product on my doorstep. Looks exactly like in the pictures and exactly what I had requested, so I will be posting an update in a few months on my experience with it but I am very optimistic! For a first time buyer I am amazed myself how easy this process is.

Hi all
we are having technical issues with our email addresses.All messages sent to us though the contacts form on site within last 12 hours have not been received. Also if you were in the middle of correspondence with us and tried sending a message to our email directly, you may get an error message saying "Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender... Host or domain name not found. Name service error".
Please don`t worry.We are not going to disappear, just technician issues. It is weekend now. Our technician team will be able to fix it Monday morning. We are sorry for inconvenience. For now we are temporary not able replying to your emails.
How do I properly check the “protection code” just got my order today From USA domestic and the protection code when I type it in to check it on the website is “not coming back with the answer I want” if you catch my drift. Any help, helps. Thanks guys.

***Be sure to check your spam folder after contacting customer service because in the past some people complain they did not get a reply when in fact their email service filtered the reply to spam.
Board reps, posts, even PMs are not as efficient nor direct - may get overlooked or take time to be relayed to the appropriate personnel.
This is a big World-Wide company; Reps/PR/Marketing people are mostly busy relaying information/news/announcements and may not even have the ability, access, nor authority to see private account and order information.
(it is a good thing though, that the company only allows specific person ability to access private info for customer security reasons ).
Also, please, for your own safety never state any personal information in a public post.
The "contact us" form is the most direct form of communication regarding accounts and orders.
NOTE regarding tracking (which is a common inquiry I see daily across various boards and PMs):
In my experience, usually tracking is NOT uploaded until a pack leaves the warehouse country and passes outgoing (origin nation's) customs.
In my opinion this usually takes approx a couple weeks for intl packs.
Please be patient and try not to ask customer service for tracking info -- tracking will be uploaded to your dashboard when it is available and authorized to be given out.
A source has no control over the postal service nor if packs are accurately scanned/updated within the postal system (once the pack is shipped, a source can only see what tracking shows you -- just like if/when you mail something to someone).
Keep in mind you can check the status of your order on the Basicstero site by loging into the warehouse where you placed the order and navigating to your
dashboard >> orders >> select the order you would like to see.
IF tracking has been uploaded to your account it will appear there in the order details section.

Firstly, be sure to only use the real site (copy the url I provided ).
There are some fake websites and scams around (scammers make fake check-code page), so make sure to only use that specific page (some of the fakes have url address very close, with one letter different but those are fake sites the scammers make to "verify" codes for their counterfeit products).
Also, note, if you purchased from Basicstero there is no way to have fakes because Basicstero is Pharmacom Labs NOT a reseller.
Finally, there is a chance that the wrong code was entered by mistake. For example, many customers often mix up I (i) and l (L) and 1 number or O (letter) and 0 (zero).

yup! that test e300 is the same one I got with same bar code number, yesterday. and the protection code was vey hard to scratch off.everything from the box to the numbers matches up.A new wave of counterfeits.

This vial was ordered in Egypt. Vial looks narrow/prolonged compared to ours. Not experienced and even experienced users will not find difference.We doubted ourselves, but the verification code (although it is partly damaged) was not found in our database, so it is for sure fake.
Another case.
2 vials have the same verification code. Vials were ordered by customer from some seller on Facebook. We do not have any page on Facebook or Instagram. This code is in our database, but it has been checked 5 times in total. One time in the end of 2018, one time in June 2019 and 3 times in March 2020. It looks pretty much like someone ordered original vial and copied the code to multiple counterfeited vials.
