We also experienced the highest jump ever in the stock market of recorded market history today 03/02, Dow jumped over 1200 points. So no need to fret lol.

When I check the website, it appears that the US warehouse is well stocked of most of the popular items available.
Hopefully (and I predict most likely it will be) all is resolved before re-stocking would become an issue.
It is always good idea to have enough in your own stash to cover your needs for the near future (I personally like to have enough on a hand for at least a future cycle or two and a year on TRT dose cruising).
yes, exactly. sadly, they crash it every so often from panic and shake-out some working class people who lose hard earned funds needed for future and retirement etc.
I think it is all a rigged system. Panic to make people sell while those causing the panic likely buy up at a discount. We see the pattern over and over.
But it is good to see it already is recovering greatly. Hopefully most did not react and just hold on for the long-term regardless fo short-term ups and downs.

The "contact us" form is the most direct form of communication regarding accounts and orders.
NOTE regarding tracking (which is a common inquiry I see daily across various boards and PMs):
In my experience, usually tracking is NOT uploaded until a pack leaves the warehouse country and passes outgoing (origin nation's) customs.
In my opinion this usually takes approx a couple weeks for intl packs.
Please be patient and try not to ask customer service for tracking info -- tracking will be uploaded to your dashboard when it is available and authorized to be given out.
A source has no control over the postal service nor if packs are accurately scanned/updated within the postal system (once the pack is shipped, a source can only see what tracking shows you -- just like if/when you mail something to someone).
Keep in mind you can check the status of your order on the Basicstero site by loging into the warehouse where you placed the order and navigating to your
dashboard >> orders >> select the order you would like to see.
IF tracking has been uploaded to your account it will appear there in the order details section.

It's a really sad situation for the people and workers as well as us. I hope it recovers soon.
Just wanted to ask if it's normal - I ordered and everything processed 8th of Feb which is coming up to a month of ago of saying 'ORDER PROCESSING'. Is this normal considering these bad circumstances or if things are running at 50% capacity, should it have been shipped?
I got an email saying i would get a couple of packs of my request thrown in for free which i'm very thankful for

It took me less than a full week and I went from bitcoin to product on my doorstep.
