Hey so I'm having an issue with an order I placed. Made an order yesterday Feb 27th for all products out of European Warehouse 1 and I submitted payment to the specified bitcoin address with bitcoin. Before it says checking for payment but now it is saying "Order processing" again with no record or indication that it recieved or acknowledged my payment. I even submitted the payment details but it has since removed them. I'm definitely a little nervous about it and I'm hoping we can get to the bottom of this. I sent a message to support as well. Thanks!

Also made an order 2 or 3 days ago. Payment still hasn't been picked up and no updates or any thing. Ordered in the past and order was usually on the way before day 3? Even sent a message through the site making sure everything was ok on my end.

2nd quality for average buyers. See you confirm?

That is completely untrue -- total bullshit rumor that I have never even heard before.
Clearly NOT true because look at the results on AnabolicLab; and keep in mind those are anonymously purchased and tested (so not way for the source to know who or when someone is buying to send to AnabolicLab).

Also, many customer submitted testing results have also confirmed that Pharmacom is always of the highest quality.
Finally, the source itself has shown many HPLC results.
(search this thread and the lab testing section for customer and source results).

Instead, you should ask whomever told you that lie to show you proof or their claim. Without proof, it should be a warning that whomever you are talking to is either ignorant or deceitful -- be careful taking his or her advice.

Man this whole China situation blows.

Apparently total export has been capped at 50% of the usual volume just for freighters, export by air has gotten ridiculously expensive because no airline wants to fly in - a friend of mine works in import/export and said the usual rates have just about quadrupled.

I have enough gear to stretch TRT for another 2 months, think things will get resolved by then? Already placed my order, but W2 will probably take a while to pick back up.

On the upside, the recent WHO report from an on-site team puts a damper on the whole panic, obviously the virus sucks hard and can kill the elderly and frail, but overall infection rates seem to have slowed (at least in China).
 
It’s been 8 days since payment was submitted and accepted on my order, have gotten no confirmation, it just says order processing....is everything alright here? I know it says 7 days on FAQ but it’s passed that now

I have never seen it before I just saw it now in the thread. I've purchase and use your gear before also and it was totally on point so I can't imagine how you would be saving stuff that's lun.ch better than what you are re sell to the public

The truth is it sounds fake news or disinformation from a rival manufacturer and all of that kind of information should always be treated with severe skepticism especially in this day and age.

Hey there so my order is now in a shipping status and I forgot to ask, I live in a pretty high end suburb in southern california, do the outside of the packages look sketchy or shady in any way that should concern me since it is likely my neighbors will see the package before I do, or is just standard brown cardboard packaging?

Is very average looking standard pack -- nothing notable or strange in any way and nothing that indicates contents in any way.

According to Chinese government only 1/3 of businesses/factories/facilities are currently operational. They promise to increase this value up to 90% by the end of March.
Based on this info we can suppose that in the very worst case we can start shipping by the end of March, but there are good reasons to think we will be able shipping within next 1-2 weeks.
Warehouse 1 and US domestic are working normally.

It is complete nonsense, which does not make any sense. We can not know, who are pro athletes and who now.We do not ask for ID cards from customers or any personal info. Our athletes team is just a very small group of people, who are sponsored by us. They get products for free. It would be odd at least to give good products to "chosen ones" for free and sell garbage to all others. Only this single fact that we do not know, who competes, who not (from thousands of our customers), ruins your baseless accusation.
To beat this assumption utterly I will repeat that according to our ordering terms any user can send his/her own sample to any lab, which provides verifiable reports. Not stupid labmax-like tests, which do not work with finished products. Only chromatography. If chromatography report shows a significant deviation in the test sample we cover all testing expenses and replace bad items for free. Full info is available on our ordering page. Any customer can test products. Why on earth a source allegedly selling garbage would offer this.
Finally. there are reviews and feedback from lots of users on multiple boards. If we had bunk products, boards would be flooded with negative reviews.

Considering the current delays with warehouse 2, in order to motivate customers placing orders we are launching promotion for warehouse 2 as well. This promotion will be running as long as we are NOT able shipping from W2. Once we can ship we stop promotion.
Conditions are the following:

1) Only for orders paid with cryptocurrency.
2) If you participate in this promotion and place your order from warehouse 2 you automatically agree to wait until we are able shipping orders from W2.
3) If you change your mind, there are no refunds, but we can cancel your order and you may place a new order from warehouse 1 (without initial bonuses of course) or we can move your balance to US domestic warehouse upon request.

Promotion bonuses:
