Hey there guys I am new and about to be a new customer after seeing all your reviews, but was hoping I could ask a few quick questions. I went through a couple pages here to find the official site that I could use to buy product from within the US and I only picked up either fake links or dead links, so the current real link would be greatly appreciated, and for in U.S. shipping which warehouse would it be best to pick from, and which payment method is the quickest for your company to process and ship? BTC is fastest.

Hey so I'm having an issue with an order I placed. Made an order yesterday Feb 27th for all products out of European Warehouse 1 and I submitted payment to the specified bitcoin address with bitcoin. Before it says checking for payment but now it is saying "Order processing" again with no record or indication that it recieved or acknowledged my payment. I even submitted the payment details but it has since removed them. I'm definitely a little nervous about it and I'm hoping we can get to the bottom of this. I sent a message to support as well. Thanks!

Also made an order 2 or 3 days ago. Payment still hasn't been picked up and no updates or any thing. Ordered in the past and order was usually on the way before day 3? Even sent a message through the site making sure everything was ok on my end.

For specific account and order related inquiries please use the "Contact Us" form on the Basicstero website for the most direct and efficient communication with the company's customer service.

***Be sure to check your spam folder after contacting customer service because in the past some people complain they did not get a reply when in fact their email service filtered the reply to spam.
Board reps, posts, even PMs are not as efficient nor direct - may get overlooked or take time to be relayed to the appropriate personnel.
This is a big World-Wide company; Reps/PR/Marketing people are mostly busy relaying information/news/announcements and may not even have the ability, access, nor authority to see private account and order information.
(it is a good thing though, that the company only allows specific person ability to access private info for customer security reasons ).
Also, please, for your own safety never state any personal information in a public post.
The "contact us" form is the most direct form of communication regarding accounts and orders.
NOTE regarding tracking (which is a common inquiry I see daily across various boards and PMs):
In my experience, usually tracking is NOT uploaded until a pack leaves the warehouse country and passes outgoing (origin nation's) customs.
In my opinion this usually takes approx a couple weeks for intl packs.
Please be patient and try not to ask customer service for tracking info -- tracking will be uploaded to your dashboard when it is available and authorized to be given out.
A source has no control over the postal service nor if packs are accurately scanned/updated within the postal system (once the pack is shipped, a source can only see what tracking shows you -- just like if/when you mail something to someone).
Keep in mind you can check the status of your order on the Basicstero site by loging into the warehouse where you placed the order and navigating to your
dashboard >> orders >> select the order you would like to see.
IF tracking has been uploaded to your account it will appear there in the order details section.

If payment was something other than crypto, then there can be issues with collecting payment (such as hold/block by the transfer company which is beyond the control of any source) and the source will try 3 times and 3 different locations spread across multiple days.
But 2 to 3 days is nothing to be alarmed about at all. There are literally thousands of orders on some weeks; there is simply a limit to the ability staff has to collect payments if/when a large spike in orders occurs. You can be confident looking back at the many years well established record of excellence this highly reputable brand has earned.
IF it were BTC (or other crypto) give it a couple more business days; then after a couple more days if it still has not updated to "processing" please try again to contact the source (also, you may PM me for further advice).
Finally, if you contacted the source via thier "Contact Us" page on Basicstero site (that is the correct thing to do), please be sure to check your email spam folder for potential replies. Usually there will be a reply with a few business days but often email providers filter the reply to spam.
