I can only repeat, If we had provided more time, the entire order was not shipped by now. You would not receive it probably 3-4 weeks more. We did everything to send your order asap and provided the closest replacement. Once we can ship again and clomid is in stock, we ship the rest, which you did not receive, or if clomid is not in stock for long time, we can replace it and ship more toremifene. You don`t lose anything. These things can be negotiated.
I'd rather just have it shipped from a warehouse the currently has it in stock. I placed this order early Jan and have been dealing with this all the way till now. So I'd say I'm the one that's been extremely patient while you're the one getting flustered.

I did not reply because you concern had already been addressed in the source's first reply to you.

The source knew the country was shutting down all shipping the next morning. Therefore, there was no time to have email correspondence and discuss your preference. In order to make sure you got all your other item before the international shut down (now we see it is a global multi month shut-down), the source substituted the closest SERM available for the SERM you ordered.
Is it a perfect situation? No.
But is it better than still waiting for your entire order? Yes.

There was no ill intention or scam or anything over a very small value -- the source meant well and was trying to do it's best with the situation available.
Once normal operation is available, it is very likely you can contact the source and get the box of clomid added to your next order or something.

I am confident, they do not wish to rip you off over one box of clomid.

This was the source actually trying to help you by getting your order shipped asap before the country shut down.

I do not know in what country you are located. But right now, for many it looks like the entire world is halting most economic activity.
I have not heard any update myself other than the recent post by this source earlier today (you quoted).
Many states in the USA are forcing businesses to close etc.

Chinese government publicly promised that 90% or even more will be running by the end of March.We count on this and wait for the end of March.

I've seen it happen where it is never scanned at the ICS or customs, then one day, weeks later, just shows up at the regional distribution and out for delivery a few days later.

I have also seen examples of orders that are split into two packs (both packs for the same exact order ship out at the same exact moment) take much different lengths of time to move and arrive (sometimes different even paths after ICS):

Here is an example where an order is in tow packs, both handed over to the postal system at the exact same moment, both hit the ICS on the day and moment, but as you can see one's TD was 25 day and the other was successfully delivered 57 days.

I've even heard of people that had no updates accept the final successfully delivery scan.
There are so many different possibilities.

Of course, there is also always a possibility/risk of seizure with intl packs (if that is the case, you will get a letter from customs to confirm).

The postal service leaves a lot to be desired (my nice way of saying it); they are not very consistent nor within any of our control.

I’m somewhat confused, so help me out here. You know that you’re not able to ship items out because postal services are closed but you’re still going to take orders on a delayed shipping “warning”?
The unknown is when the postal services will actually be up and running so personally I can’t understand why anyone would want to put their money out there for you to hold until things get back to normal? For them to just wait...
Why not STOP excepting any orders that aren’t domestic in the customers area? To me, by accepting orders that cannot be shipped is just asking for problems on both ends?
Honestly, this doesn’t sound like a smart business move moving forward IMO.

I’m just on the outside looking in and just curious to why is all? :)

The source is good so I am sure Frank (@Pharmacom Labs) will try his best to make things right for you.
Basicstero has a long track-record of making sure customers are taken care of to the best of the source's ability.
For example, they did their best to get your pack shipped out asap before the country restricted shipping, instead of delaying the order and having you be stuck now without anything.
Once the global situation we are all enduring is resolved and normal operations are resumed, try contacting the source via the "Contact Us" form on the Basicstero site, provide your order number, and remind them of your issue; it is very likely all will be resolved.

It is simply an individual informed choice to order or not. Nothing is hidden and nothing is forced :).
The source provided honest information and the facts that shipping is not currently possible.
This is not a small UGL or garage lab (a small operation does not have the same facility or staff expensive) -- it is a big international business with physical warehouses/facilities and large staff spanning multiple nations. The warehouses have ongoing overhead costs (much like any facility) and staff needs to be retained etc -- there are costs to stay in business; trying to generate sales is vital to the business maintaining some income and survive. With the sale/promo the source makes less per inventory but it gives an incentive for customers to endure the delay.
There is a risk vs reward (like any choice in life).
The promo is there to help with that risk vs reward ratio.

After all, no one is forced to order. To each his or her own choice.
If someone is not comfortable with the situation, delay, or risks, he or she may simply wait to order without the promo later when all is resolved.

Yes, exactly. We will continue excepting orders. The reason is simple.There are lots of people depending on it. Our warehouse needs some income to survive, otherwise we can just lose it. It is pretty hard to find really reliable,responsible and smart people who agree to take such risks.
Also, for us it is pretty obvious that lockdown can not last for long. Otherwise economic of many countries will be smashed down. Not only economic. Maybe countries continue isolation of people, but transport of goods,postal services should not suffer too long. Too much depends on them. Also, virus does not survive for long time on surfaces.So, shipping of postal packages should not facilitate virus spreading.
Also, we are really positive regarding our warehouse 2. Situation there is getting noticeably better with each day. We think we will be able shipping from W2 even before end of March.
We do not see any problems. We offered free bonuses for orders placed now to compensate the delay.Those who do not want to wait will just not order. Nobody forces anyone to do anything. Everyone decides for himself.
