To be honest I would prefer not to discus Darius in this thread. We have this practice to ship labels separately. But all vials are marked in this case and in one package are vials of only one type. say 1 package with test p only. and nothing more inside. labels shipped separately We do this for our resellers if they ask for this. As a rule we do this only for really big resellers which order big amounts, where custom is really a problem. I am speaking generally, independent on the country. This helps. Of coarse in this case responsibility for correctly labeled vials is on our resellers. We can not control this remotely. In any case possibility to mix up something and stick a wrong label is low. As you noticed our caps have different colors for different compounds, it helps a bit as well.
As for our USA basicstero store, we shipped vials and labales separately to our first reseller, I never hided this and mentioned that some labels can be sticked crockedly, there were even photos here. Our reseller scammed us and disappeared. We started working with our bulk customer / employee, the first restocking he received from us was also like this - vials and labels separately. Cause we already had parcels ready to ship to the old reseller and he scammed us. With our new employee we found another way to transport gear and we don`t restick labels now. You always get vials with labels stuck an the factory. However we still have vials in USA stock with resticked labels. They all are correct I am sure. By the way within about 2 weeks we expect a big restocking of hour USA warehouse. All vials will be not touched. All orals in blisters.
Replying your question, there are not always ways and opportunities to import into some country gear in genuine packages and with genuine labels. This all is illegal in the most countries of the world, don`t forget it.

Also some news about this stupid situation with tren a. I talked to our boss. It is night in China now, nobody works now. But my boss is absolutely disappointed as me. He promised to find out, why this happen. He has a possible explanation for this, but I would prefer not to guess and wait till we will have facts. He asked me to beg to be excused for this shame and say we are going to do our best to change the situation. We will find out what is wrong and start producing new tren a with full amount of the active agent 100 mg/ml. We will for sure order tests of new vials in Simec, anonymously and reimburse expenses for tests. You will see real new numbers in Simec essay in a while.
Also he asked me to reduce price for our tren a in our store for 30%, so I did it. Now it is 30% cheaper in all 3 sections of our store. As next sign of good will he asked me to start again the promo offer - buy for 300 - get 200$. So I launched it again till the end of the month. And finally and the most important... this is a bit delicate situation... please read completely before you start making any conclusions.
My boss is reading this thread as well, he has seen test results and thread /site of the Millard`s project. We find this is a great project. Guys, actually this is what I always asked for, reliable tests, with photos, verifiable essays from a GMP certified lab... We decided to contribute to it. I have already made donation, but now we decided to give 10% of our net profit for month from our basicstero.com store to this project. I guess somebody can consider this as marketing and opportunity to get more orders... well... probably, this is still business. I would lie if this is not the case. But we do really appreciate what Millard does and we are ready to wire 10% of our monthly net profit to his project. And the most important: we do not ask Millard to test our gear in response or provide bonuses, quality proving services, etc. This donation can be fully spent to test gear of other labs, any products ans any labs you vote for. This is really our sign of good will.
As I said before, we are ready to reimburse expenses (upon negotiation) for Simec tests (if someone doubts quality of our products) independent on the Millard`s project. Very easy. You think your gear you received from our store is bunk or severely underdosed? Ok, send your sample to the Simec lab and publish here results. We reimburse your expenses independent on the results. Important: vials shall be with untouched closed caps! Pills shall be in blisters! Of coarse photo are required.
These was all for now. I think we made a good decision now, which will help to all members here.

You know, I find much better as other sources do. Lot of sources put oil into larger 100 ml bottles or 500ml. They ship it and only after import fill 10ml vials from this larger bottle in unknown conditions and crimp the vials. We never do this. All our products are sterilized in our factory. I am waiting for a video about it. In our case you will never pick up any bacteria, etc. with our oil. Also this is one of reasons why we have delays with the restocking of our domestic warehouse. If we used large bottles we would be able to restock it much faster and have all products in stock all the time.
As for labels... some resellers do not have any choice at all. It is just impossible for example to import products in original boxes and labels to Canada. Seizure is guaranteed. Unless one have ties there. This is valid for lot of counties if we speak about big bulk amounts. The choice here would be, no gear at all or the way we do. Let`s just stop this discussion for the common safety.

I always do my best for our customers. We do. I would be gladly help you as to a customer per email or pm. But if somebody says here in public our gear is bank and you start blaming us based only on this or some shady blood works... I will still be defending. Now my position is simple. If someone claims our gear is bunk - send it to Simec, we can agree and take charges. Its results will be reliable for me. Somebodies words... nope. I always asked for a test like this and in fact reaction of this board was aggressive against me. Now it turned out that things are not so bad with hour gear. Of coarse I also admit more tests are needed and I am sure tests will be positive.

yes, we are not able to perform it US domestic. we pay 50% of the order to our employee there. If we give you 200$ for free we will have to pay him half of it (in fact less, but still a lot), so we will carry only losses. Sorry.

J/k of course. After reading your response to nitrust it reminds me of what I deal with on a daily basis on eBay. I'm a power seller but I sell cheap stuff (less than $20) and I still get tons of assholes opening PayPal cases against me without contacting me first. That's my fucking pet peeve. How the fuck are you going to rectify a situation that you don't know about? And when you send a message to help they don't even reply. There's always assholes that want shit for free I guess. Anyways, good job on keeping your cool about it for that long because I wouldn't have. One question frank, how often do you guys change batch numbers on the vials?
