you are 100% correct. Like I said previously, I have gotten two orders from two different international sources recently. These sources are top grade and are given out amazing promos. -So why is one of the best sources (Pcom) having issues??
And it’s sad that these guys had to blow up on this forum to get a refund!! It should never be like that.
I will say it one more time.. basic has a domestic store- why is Basic not taking care of their customers with product that is here in the states? That my opinion!

basic has always came through for me.. but to be honest, I found a few other ones that have exceeded my expectations during the China ban and the virus! I hope basic does not let other sources pass them up.

To keep business going, they should temporarily sell domestic at a far cheaper price. But I still can not believe they are not taking care of the guys that have been waiting for months.honestly, I think basic is taking a harder hit than a lot of other sources.
Hopefully, they will surprise us after this crap is over. I really like pcom. I hope they don’t drop the ball and fall behind.
speaking for myself only, pcom was my go-to. After seeing a few things, I decided to start broadening my sources. I have tried a couple internationals and a new domestic source. All three have opened my eyes and have been getting my business. Pcom may start seeing the same from some loyal customers IMO.

You all can think whatever you want. We have ORDERING TERMS! You agree with those if you place your order. Who are they made for?
We do not have any agreements with our domestic warehouse to ship items cheaper and they will not do it and they will be completely and totally right, cause we agreed all terms in advance and we keep the negotiated terms. Exactly for this reason we have clearly indicated condition for customers in our ordering terms: international orders are not reshipped from domestic warehouse for whatever the reason. NEVER! Balance can be moved from international to domestic. Who placed orders agreed with it. Whether this or warehouse will not ship at all. Point.

because postal service in this country is not accepting parcels and those parcels which were accepted last time in the middle of April were forwarded back without even leaving the country. It is not our wish. it is controlled on government level.
Well what is with the rest of us waiting for orders from W1? What will you do? Placed an order almost 6 weeks ago.
We ship all orders once shipping is available and provide store credits for delays. We still hope shipping will become available within April, but it is beyond our control.
W2 opening up in a few days I read here ? Finally will Things be sent out very soon then ?

For W2 you have to wait. If you place your order from W1, we can ship by an alternative courier, but shipping price is 40$. W1 can ship right now within Europe only.
When the fuck is soon? Now we're at week 6. You have my money and my pack that was never really shipped. How is that you're having so many problems when others are shipping with no issues. I don't wanna hear a couple more days either. Joke.

I ordered on the sale at the end of December. I was promised a refund on March 17th and I received the refund on April 17th. While I ended up getting my refund, it is disappointing how customers concerns are being handled. While I understand that the sources have been hit by coronavirus so have all the customers. Since my refund they appear to have changed the policy to 60 business days essentially 90 days. So if you ask for a refund now you would get it at the end of July.
I can understand that a source may not want to discuss specifics in an open forum but at the very least they could send you an email or pm telling you when they realistically expect to be able to ship as well as why they are not able to ship currently. I am not a master on intl geography but other sources are shipping from countries where they are located. Also if you are in the US maybe you could ask them if they will ship you what you are owed from the domestic store at intl prices. For example a bottle of test is $45 intl but $78 domestic.
I rarely post like this or get mad but I feel that the way customers concerns are being handled is disrespectful replies, so it left a bad taste in my mouth. I know a number of people agree with me on this. While I ended up getting my refund it took myself and a number of members

It's been 6 weeks so you deserve an outcome that you feel satisfied with.
Man,, it is a force majeure, which nobody could foresee. It happened for the first time ever. As per ordering conditions we do not bear liability for delays caused by force majeure and do not refund because of it. You and everyone here can be not happy with this as much as you want, but there are ordering terms, which you agreed with and this is the only thing which matters in such cases. it is a binding agreement and it does not matter at all,whether you purchase legal or illegal items. It does not change the subject of this agreement. We closed our eyes on this and did much more than we had to. You should say thank you, we did what we did not have to do.
We provide store credits and freebies to all victims. This is the only real thing we can do now. For those who does not wanna wait we can move balance to US domestic warehouse. This is all we can do right now. If you do not accept this fact and violating the terms you greed with when placed an order, this is your liability, not ours. We do more than we have to.
All the terms were known from the very beginning. If you don`t read and agree, its your responsibility or if you read and don`t agree, but still place an order thinking all be good, also your responsibility. We did not hide any info.All conditions were indicated clearly.
