If warehouse 2 resumes shipping, maybe consider shipping warehouse 1 orders from there too? I ordered from warehouse 1 specifically because they were still shipping when warehouse 2 wasn’t and unfortunately that is right when warehouse 1 stopped shipping. Just an idea that would go a long way in the customers eyes. At least mine.

i'm thinking that you don't follow this thread too closely or you would have understood the (attempted) humor of my initial reply.

If you look through the thread, the helper bot typically gives one of two cut and paste replies for any questions that are asked.

Anyway, ignore my shenanigans. If you PM'd him already, just sit tight, he'll get back to you as soon as he can.

New MESO Member with 1st basic order. Had to change from another source due to issues. Ordered USA domestic Fri. Already says shipping. I'll post TD and review after a few weeks.
 
When the fuck is soon? Now we're at week 6. You have my money and my pack that was never really shipped. How is that you're having so many problems when others are shipping with no issues. I don't wanna hear a couple more days either. Joke.
Ask @amtont ”how soon is now.” These guys suck balls and they wound up having to refund him because they just couldn’t seem to get his order out to him.

Nice try! However the fact that you failed to include any pictures cut and pasted from instagram or ads from the website just shows what a fucking amateur you are and confirms that you are not cut out for the job lol!

On second thought, maybe that is a good thing. If you are added to the payroll who knows how long it could take people to get what they are owed......

I ordered on the sale at the end of December. I was promised a refund on March 17th and I received the refund on April 17th. While I ended up getting my refund, it is disappointing how customers concerns are being handled. While I understand that the sources have been hit by coronavirus so have all the customers. Since my refund they appear to have changed the policy to 60 business days essentially 90 days. So if you ask for a refund now you would get it at the end of July.

I can understand that a source may not want to discuss specifics in an open forum but at the very least they could send you an email or pm telling you when they realistically expect to be able to ship as well as why they are not able to ship currently. I am not a master on intl geography but other sources are shipping from countries where they are located. Also if you are in the US maybe you could ask them if they will ship you what you are owed from the domestic store at intl prices. For example a bottle of test is $45 intl but $78 domestic.

I rarely post like this or get mad but I feel that the way customers concerns are being handled is disrespectful replies, so it left a bad taste in my mouth. I know a number of people agree with me on this. While I ended up getting my refund it took myself and a number of members @Tiredandhot @Villain @B Ware @bolder @DrinkFlintWater @MisterSuperGod and others posting for essentially 4 straight pages. It shouldn't have to be like that.

It's been 6 weeks so you deserve an outcome that you feel satisfied with.
